"A very good hotel with pleasant staff and spacious rooms. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. We especially loved the breakfasts; we booked our stay with them. The food was very diverse and changed daily, offering everything from porridge and pancakes to desserts, scrambled eggs, sausages, and more – all very delicious. The location is 10/10; there's a Pyaterochka supermarket and other nice cafes nearby. You can walk anywhere within 25 minutes, including the city center and the 'Kremlin.' We almost always walked, but when we were feeling lazy, there's a bus stop close by. We were very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely return if we're ever in Kazan again!"

"Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь в номере люкс. Шикарный отель, шикарный номер. Отель построен в 2019 в стиле лофт на основе вроде каких-то зданий начала прошлого века. Высоченные стеклянные потолки, перекрывающие бывшие дворовые пространства, 4,5м потолки в номерах. Везде простор, много воздуха и света. Гостей окружают многочисленные дизайнерские архитектурные и интерьерные решения. Прекрасные рестораны, особенно понравился Саккура - ресторан паназиатской кухни. Отличный выбор вин. В номере много комплиментов: вода, кофе в капсулах, чай, даже пирожные. Огромная кровать. На мой взгляд, подушки жестковаты, но тут уж на все вкусы не угодишь. Вообще отель очень похож на 5 звезд где-то в центре Вены или Цюриха. Расположение отеля удачное, почти в центре города. В общем, рекомендую и по бизнесу и для отдыха."

"We stayed in a two-story apartment. 1. The bathroom ceiling is very low – you hit it with the hairdryer. The staircase to the second floor is very unsafe – it's easy to fall, especially at night. The lighting is strangely designed – once you're upstairs, you can't turn off the downstairs light, and vice versa. So, you have to go upstairs to turn on the light, go back down to turn it off, and then go upstairs again. Regarding the second floor – the ceiling height only allows you to be on all fours; don't be fooled by the photos. The power outlets for charging a second phone and the light are in the middle of the bed. It's also very noisy – you're lying there and hear what sounds like a waterfall falling on you – oh no, it's just the toilet flushing on the floor above – simply terrible. Also, due to the small space upstairs, it gets very stuffy by morning, despite the air conditioning. And yes – don't order breakfast – there's excellent coffee and pastries in the house across the street, and the breakfasts here aren't worth the money. The location is the only thing that's truly excellent."

"The hotel is of high grade, and the dinner of the ”bud” forum is also arranged at this hotel. I live in the house on the 20th floor, and the windows on the south and west of the room have a panoramic view of the Volga River. Breakfast is 100 RMB, rich and delicious. The Chinese used to use slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. Although there is no electric kettle in the room, there is a water dispenser on each floor. Their shampoo smelled too heavy. I didn't sleep well all night. The next day I used shampoo brought by my peers from China. The floor drain was very slow when taking a bath, and the bathroom was full of water. The hotel should be repaired. If you are afraid of cold, you have to wear more clothes when you sleep, and the cover is very thin, unlike being more like a few layers of cloth stacked on some. If the floor drain problem is not solved, I will not stay in this store next time."

"My sister and I had a fantastic time! The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was excellent – everything was clean, new, and stylish! We even managed to visit the spa with a steam room and hammam, which we also loved because everything was new and there was hardly anyone else there. We separately booked a paid group training session, 'Healthy Back,' in the gym (it's great that they offer such activities throughout the day), but we didn't like the trainer. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something..."

Of course, you don't expect miracles from a hostel, but Akspay was a great experience for us! The common areas are clean, there are no lines for the showers, and the staff is friendly. The location is fantastic – right in the center. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning, and it's cozy. The mattresses are very comfortable! With my bad back, that's a huge plus. The only downsides are that the sound in the room is quite loud and the hotel is located on the 3rd floor. But those are minor details. We'll definitely be back!

Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!

The hotel is conveniently located in the inner courtyard right next to the ”tourist” street - that is, in the evening you have not noisy under the windows, and all restaurants and shops are directly in the foot access. The main thing is that there is no construction / repair in the yard, but I think it is just lucky to me. The facilities are comfortable, and heating even had to be a little ”twisted” to be not so hot.

The location of the hotel is convenient for walking, shopping Ring 5 minutes walk, Baumana next, Millennium Park across the road, embankment of the oz. Lower Caban at 5 min. Living in a room with windows in the yard, quite quiet, in the room there is all unstoppable, short set in the bathroom (toothes, shampoo, gel), teapot is, the refrigerator is noisy (this plus big). The mattresses are soft for me, but comfortable. The pillows are small but we sleep on our own, so not critical. There is a washing machine + gel for washing, for us it was very important! Water from the cooler in the hall is unlimited. Breakfast is not a big Swedish table, in principle it is enough to have breakfast, without excess. One minus - this cleaning in the rooms didn't like, the photo applied after cleaning (the carpet is all in threads, the towels are simply thrown on the table, the beds were not filled, the tea devices were not washed) Who travels on his car, there is no parking at the hotel.

Всем доброго дня. Не могу не поделиться впечатлениями о своей поездки в Казань и в частности о размещении в ”Отеле на Театральной”. Провели три ночи в этом замечательном отеле, отдыхали компанией, размещались в стандартном двухместном и полулюксе. А теперь по порядку. Из Питера на машине через Дивеево и Арзамас, аки по небу промчались. По навигации, без проблем доехали до отеля. Собственная парковка в центре города по цене 300 рублей/сутки, мест не так много, но машин на восемь - десять точно хватит, заранее не бронируют. Девушки на рецепшене само обаянее и профессионализм, Екатерина, вам низкий поклон и уважение. Администрация отеля обратите внимание и обязательно поощерите, иначе переманят конкуренты!!! Отель по локации просто создан для штурма Казани, в познавательном смысле. Тропа до Кремля и улицы Баумана истоптана и занимает минут 15-20 неспешного аллюра. Напротив, Театр Оперы и Балета, билетов не было за месяц, но за час до премьеры и абсолютно без насилия мы купили билеты. Давали ”Корсара”, солировали наши из Мариинки и Михайловского, да и весь коллектив был на уровне!!! По номерам, стандартный номер в мансарде, для двоих конечно крайне не удобен. Для одного вполне, принимая во внимание цену, так и даже очень приемлимо. Полулюкс просто шикарен, а вид на театр, особенно вечером бесподобен. Чисто, опрятно, к уборке номеров вопросов нет. Кулер стоит в коридоре, чай в фойе бесплатно, кофе из автомата за денежку. Не шумно, принимая во внимание, что отель в центре города, хотя конечно хватает ночью глухих водителей с громкой музыкой из тонированной Приоры. Комаров не было, хотя в программе заселения их анонсировали, что абсолютно нас не расстроило. Завтраки как завтраки, 99 процентов нормальных людей едят такие завтраки всю жизнь, правда не в таких количествах и не смешивая селедку с молоком, как пара милых дам за столиком напротив. Ребята на кухне, огромные молодцы, постоянно в зале, тут же доносят чего успели перемолоть постояльцы. Сам зал не большой, наверное в сезон будет тесновато, не знаю. В целом, отель очень честно себя позиционирует, как на фото так и в реалии, за это и просит вполне честные рубли. Отдельный пост по негативным отзывам - ”усталось” отеля в целом и отдельные царапины на стене - понимаю когда под такими отзывами стоит подпись ”Сэр Чарльз с супругой”, но вот когда Эсмеральда из Петушков, то видимо больше вопросы к её горбуну, чем к отелю. Всем хорошего настроения и приятных путешествий!!!

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very successful. To all the main places in the city within the 10-15 min on the car. Stood right on the shore of Volga. The truth is the embankment is closed and sunken and bathing in the river cannot be. But the hotel has several own swimming pools and lots of free cheeslones. And for children there is a huge aquapark. Breakfasts are chic. Rooms are clean. You have to come in the summer. There will be a complete simulation of rest at sea.
