RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

GGuest UserIt is a 20-minute walk from Matsue Station, so it is difficult to drag a suitcase there. It is nice that there is a large public bath. The breakfast is delicious and offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI was driving myself, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The service at check-in was excellent. Being from Hong Kong, I specifically requested a ********* staff member to serve me during meals. They were incredibly attentive, explaining each dish meticulously. On another day at breakfast, this same ********* staff member also arranged for friends and family staying in different rooms to sit together. As for the hot springs, there were different areas and types to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come again.

DDarkChocolateThe design of the room is very bad, if you want to use your own private bath, you have to put on your clothes after taking a shower, and then walk back to the end of the room before walking out to the bath, why is the bathing place not next to the bath? Besides, the food is terrible! We booked breakfast and dinner, because of the location of the hotel there are no restaurants nearby, but it was really very disgusting, and no choice, and did not understand whether the guests have food sensitivities, or what food cannot be eaten, the only option is to eat and Buried and not eaten. Feeling very disappointed.
