The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

It is a 20-minute walk from Matsue Station, so it is difficult to drag a suitcase there. It is nice that there is a large public bath. The breakfast is delicious and offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

I was driving myself, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The service at check-in was excellent. Being from Hong Kong, I specifically requested a ********* staff member to serve me during meals. They were incredibly attentive, explaining each dish meticulously. On another day at breakfast, this same ********* staff member also arranged for friends and family staying in different rooms to sit together. As for the hot springs, there were different areas and types to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come again.

The design of the room is very bad, if you want to use your own private bath, you have to put on your clothes after taking a shower, and then walk back to the end of the room before walking out to the bath, why is the bathing place not next to the bath? Besides, the food is terrible! We booked breakfast and dinner, because of the location of the hotel there are no restaurants nearby, but it was really very disgusting, and no choice, and did not understand whether the guests have food sensitivities, or what food cannot be eaten, the only option is to eat and Buried and not eaten. Feeling very disappointed.

The trip came to Matsuyama City in Shimane Prefecture, Japan. I came here because of a temporary change in schedule due to a typhoon. So this accommodation was also booked temporarily. When we checked in, we saw that our couple had two children. So they insisted that we wouldn't be allowed to move in unless we got another room. There is no other way, it is late, so I can only pay the money obediently. Two rooms total 3,000 RMB… It is true that some hotels in Japan charge per person. But the feeling at the scene was that it was unhappy. The manager who was wearing glasses and a tie was greeted at the front desk. It feels somewhat contemptuous, so I'll give it a neutral rating.
