Soundproofing.. worst.. This is the first time I've been to a lodging facility with such poor soundproofing..
If someone passes by in the hallway or takes the elevator and talks, I can hear it all. If I walk a little bit from the upper floor, I can hear thumping and chair dragging, etc.
When I complained, they said there were no guests on the upper floor of our room, but the staff came and said there were guests. ;;
They kept changing their words and eventually changed my room, but that room was just as poorly soundproofed.
In the middle of winter, the barbecue area didn't have a stove, and even after waiting for an hour in the wind, the fire wouldn't light, and the staff was a foreigner who didn't come back after giving me the fire. The barbecue cost was 50,000 won, so I called them and they said they would refund me. But when I went to get the refund, they made a face like they had never heard it before, so I played the recorded call (automatically) and
