"The facilities were incredibly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The room was spotless, and the sauna was meticulously maintained by a staff member who constantly cleaned the fixtures. It’s the first time I've seen a sauna without a single hair! The cypress wood bath in the sauna smelled wonderful and was so refreshing. I used the sauna both on the evening of my arrival and the next morning – I wish there was a discount for repeat use! After the sauna, there are massage chairs on the same floor with an ocean view, and best of all, they're free! I lost count of how many times I used them.
I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Some reviews mentioned a lack of variety, but I found it to be very substantial. They had Yeosu specialties like *gat-kimchi* and *gejang* (marinated crabs), along with other local dishes, and everything was delicious without being overly seasoned. It really made me feel like I was truly in Yeosu.
Overall, the service was excellent. When I called the front desk about food waste from my late-night snack, they promptly came to collect it. And at checkout, I even received a cute cookie! Staying at Hidden Bay reminded me of some regional hotels in Japan. It truly feels like a hotel firmly rooted in local character. Thanks to this, I had a truly wonderful and relaxing time, and I'll definitely be back when I visit Yeosu again. (This is a genuine review from my own pocket!)"

"Great! I loved that it has a laundry machine in the room (no dryer or drying rack, tho). And it also has an induction stove (but no cutlery or any pot or pan or dish, haha). It doesn't have iron nor fabric refreshner but that's common for Korean hotels. Tho I listed things they don't have, they have amazing view, great clean crisp bed, great café at the lobby, a zip line (discounted for guests), and an infinity pool (can be used with a bit of fee)."

"Staying at this hotel for this price is incredibly good value. There's staff on duty every night, and the gentleman on duty at night is really friendly. Honestly, there's not much to do around the area; it's all bars and karaoke places, which might not be suitable for someone like me who prefers quieter places! "Although I booked this place on short notice, it is a truly impressive accommodation that is perfect for wrapping up my trip. I love the clean and pleasant bedding, the room condition, and the warm and cozy interior. I was even surprised to find a turntable! It would have been even more perfect if there were jazz LPs. Still, since all the rooms are right in front of the sea, I am most satisfied with being able to hear the sound of crashing waves constantly. You can also see the Geobukseon Bridge very clearly. The parking lot was convenient to use, and it is even more perfect because it has an electric vehicle charging station. I even bought ice cream at the unmanned convenience store on the first floor early in the morning. The refrigerator is huge, which is absolutely the best! The bathroom is well-organized, and they even provide body lotion. I liked the scent too. The table height and chairs are comfortable to use. Very good. I haven't had breakfast yet, but I’ve already seen photos of it elsewhere and I’m really looking forward to it. I plan to enjoy a leisurely meal tomorrow while watching the rainy sea."

Guest UserI don't understand why the bathroom door is a swing type, and it slams shut way too! It's unbearably noisy in the middle of the night, and my wife even bumped her finger in her sleep. Also, I don't understand why the motion sensor near the shoe rack activates even in the middle of the night. It's inconvenient because it gets too bright when I try to go to the bathroom in the early morning. Other than that, the location and cleanliness are good.

Guest UserIt's a new building, so it's clean and nice. The facilities are very good without any inconveniences. However, the microwave had a strange smell from a previous customer's food, so it was a bit difficult to use. The bidet is good and the Wi-Fi works well, so it's great. There was no bottled water, but they provided it the next day. I hope your accommodation business prospers. We came here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and it was very nice. Thank you. 왕초보여행가The hotel is close to the Dolsan Park Cable Car. If you travel by car, you may feel comfortable, but it may be a bit uncomfortable for travelers. The clean interior and facilities are very satisfactory. In the kitchen, you can use all kinds of utensils, pots, knives and tableware, as well as microwave ovens, microwave ovens and rice cookers. The room is large and the spa bath is located on the terrace, where you can enjoy a half bath while looking out at the sea. I like the hotel itself, the owner is very kind, so it's nice. As far as floor noise is concerned, it is not the sound of walking, but the sound of running. The accommodation was perfect, but the guests upstairs could not sleep at night. Well, this is not a question of accommodation. You can’t check if the customer doesn’t care.

A great motel in a good location - 10 min walking to the Dolsan bridge, 15 min to Lotte mart, buses to Dolsan island and Yeosu Expo Station. Very friendly staff, they don't speak English, but are good with Google translate.
The room is standard, though a bed is narrow, be prepared. There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room floor is heated at night time. At the 1st floor there is a kitchen with hot water, kettle, microwave. On the roof there are 2 laundry machines, the guests can use them for free. The last but not the least, managers called us a taxi at 5:00 AM, so kind for them! Thanks a lot!

Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and there was water in the refrigerator.
Trip.com didn't provide detailed information about check-in times, so I arrived a little past 10 am. I was surprised because they said it was self-check-in and there was no one around.
The method of picking up the key card yourself from a basket at the counter was a bit surprising, though.
There is a convenience store on the first floor, which I found very convenient.
The soundproofing isn't great, though, and it was a bit inconvenient that there wasn't an electrical outlet by the bed.

“Compact but enough”, which is what the hotel claims, I think it is true. The room is not spacious, but it is okay, clean, and equipped with most of the necessities. The location is a big highlight, as it is in the center and near many attractions. Another big highlight is the rooftop bar, which provides a clear view of the bay. This makes this hotel very attractive when considering a stay during a festival, as you may have a direct view of the fireworks in the bay.

It's clean and nice because it's just opened.
The staff is also friendly!!
We used the duplex, and the child had so much fun and liked having his own hideout.
The internal facilities are a large refrigerator, induction washing machine (which we used a lot because it was summer).
We didn't use breakfast because we also wanted to explore delicious restaurants. It was nice to be able to use the nearby mart, convenience store, bank, and Daiso on foot for everything we needed during our 3-night trip.^^
The man and woman who work at the CU convenience store right in front are so friendly that it was a better trip.

However, the lack of individual air conditioning was disappointing.
Please improve this. A family room for four people should have at least four bottles of water and four towels, but I was disappointed to find only two per person.

There was no one there. The parking lot was small, so I parked in the public parking lot across the street, but it was raining and I had to unload my luggage, but it was very inconvenient because it was across the street.
