Unexpectedly good! The room was clean and tidy, and the view was particularly outstanding. The amenities provided were very complete, and the area was also very quiet with convenient shopping. Highly recommended for family trips.

I have been busy since returning from Australia, but I always remember that I owe the Melbourne Grand Hotel and its enthusiastic and responsible staff a five-point praise! I flew from Perth to Melbourne that day, took the skybus from the airport to the Southern Cross Station, and walked for ten minutes to the hotel early in the morning. I originally planned to store my suitcase and borrow the bathroom to wash and change clothes, and then went to the surrounding breakfast and sightseeing. The night shift was not off work yet, and the cleaning lady had just started work. They saw that I was tired and embarrassed, so they said that the room type I booked had just been checked out, and immediately arranged for cleaning work. I waited for about half an hour and checked in early. After going out and returning to the room, I also received a handwritten welcome message from the duty manager and very delicious chocolates, which was very thoughtful! Very heartwarming! This hotel is only separated from the Southern Cross Station by a road, and then you have to walk more than a hundred meters along the hotel house to the hotel front desk. The Southern Cross Station is close to the hotel. Woolworths is on this side of the hotel, and Coles is on the other side. The surrounding dining and shopping are quite convenient. You can walk to the Yarra River or the city center, and you can take the free tram a little further. The room is loft style, fully equipped with kitchen facilities, and very comfortable. This is my second time in Melbourne. This time I choose a better hotel than the last chain brand five-star hotel. I will stay here again if I have the chance to go to Melbourne in the future.

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

Hotel location is very convenient, there is a tram station downstairs, about 10 minutes walk to southern cross station, , but there is a train in the morning, although more than 20 floors are high, the window is closed and the train has already been awakened. Although I had been asked to pay $300 deposit one day earlier, I needed to enter the credit card information according to the link provided by email to pay the deposit. It was a bit unsafe. Although the deposit was refunded after the deposit, it also eroded the exchange rate difference. Generally, companies will only hold credit but not count. It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving.

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.

It's a serviced apartment with basically no services. If you stay for a long time and prepare to cook your own food, you can. There are large supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby. You can clean the bathroom yourself, wash the bath towels yourself, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, which is also convenient.
