"We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The location is fine when it’s dry, but take an umbrella when there’s a chance of rain because it’s just a little too far from the city center. I’m going back there again if the price is right."

"As a hostel, it is already very good, the location is very good, the price is much cheaper than the hotel, there is a public kitchen on the first floor (all kinds of tableware are complete), you can cook by yourself. The young lady at the front desk is also very nice. But some facilities may be a little problem over time. For example, the washbasin is a bit clogged, and one day within a week, the hot water system for a bath breaks down, and only cold water can flow out. But as a youth hostel, it doesn't hurt."

"Clean neat and everything that you need for a comfortable stay is there. Only hassle is you have to call them for check in when you first arrive however after that its all easy"

"I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area. The room was spacious and clean. No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day The hotel accepts only payment with card"

"Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!"

"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are as expected, and it has its own garage. The breakfast was quite good. If you're driving, be sure to ask the hotel for directions within the city, as it's located in a no-car zone."

"The hotel is close to the motorway and is well found. From outside look very stylish. A small shop as well as Starbucks and BurgerKing are integrated. All was clean, the service people were friendly. Man spoke English. The only but serious minus - the climate facility, so no window that could have been opened. It is not for claustrophobicians or people who are easily cool in climate facility. However, the price is okay. The hotel is also accessible, so it is also suitable for wheelchair drivers. "
