For safety and security purposes, we have installed exterior cameras, and noiseware monitoring devices inside and outside the cottage. The noiseware devices measure sound levels (no audio recordings) and send us an alert if the noise level surpasses a set threshold. This is to ensure there are no parties or events onsite.Garbage and recycling is guests’ responsibility. You must take it with you when you leave. Information will be provided about the local landfill.Bed linens and towels are NOT included in the price. There is an additional $100 cleaning charge for linens and towels. Great fishing on property and nearby lakes/rivers. - Multiple 18 course golf clubs (Cobble Beach Golf Link and Legacy Ridge Golf Club) within 5 minutes from cottage. - Numerous hiking trails around for all the hiking enthusiasts (Indian Falls, Ingles Falls, Harrison Park, etc.). - Winter activities including snowmobile trails as well. - Nearby sightseeing includes Blue Mountain (45min drive), South Hampton / Sauble beach (30min drive), and Bruce Peninsula / Tobermory (60min drive). 🚽Septic water system means we follow the rule of “If it’s yellow, let it mellow” 💧 Tap water is non-drinkable, however it is okay to cook with.
