"Yesterday, the environment was lovely. It was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the room was very clean. I was very satisfied. They even offered to deliver things beforehand. They also provided free fruit tea and ice cream. I was very satisfied with the breakfast and lunch until 12:00 noon. I know Zhongnan Yidan Hotel is very good. The room was very clean, and the design and amenities were nice. I was very satisfied. They also have beef noodles in the evening, and the kids are great. If you want coffee, just call the front desk lady and she'll have it delivered. It was a really great reward. Facilities: Very good, very good. Cleaning: Very clean. Comfortable stay. "Traveling on rainy days, the ventilation in the house is still good, it will not be damp and stuffy. The windows are closed and waterproof. The sound of rainwater is basically not heard. The towels and bath towels in the house are dry and dry. There is no damp and musty smell. Use it at ease. The public area is cleaned at any time. Waiting for the rest area. We forgot some of our child's clothes before leaving, and the hotel proactively contacted us to arrange for them to be mailed back – a very thoughtful touch. This is the best value and service I've experienced at any Howard Johnson hotel in China so far."

"Staying at GreenTree Inn 4.0 New version, the experience exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, very close to Wanda Plaza, it is especially convenient to go shopping and eat. The room is newly renovated 4.0, the overall simplicity is atmospheric, the sanitation is in place, the floor, bathroom, bedding are clean and there is no smell. The front desk staff is warm and courteous, responds promptly, and the service is intimate and thoughtful. 4.0 The room facilities are brand new and easy to use, and the living is comfortable and at ease. It is suitable for shopping or short-term accommodation, highly recommended"

"Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed."

"It was a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located, with shops, restaurants, and even a hair salon just nearby. As bicycle travelers, we especially appreciated being allowed to store our bicycles safely for one night in the area behind the lobby. We were also delighted to receive a local noodle soup in our room, which was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet the next morning was equally enjoyable, offering a great variety of tasty options. We would particularly like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm hospitality, helpful recommendations, and patience. Since we do not speak Mandarin, their kindness and willingness to assist us made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers."
