The location is excellent, not far from the attractions, and the dining next to it is very rich. The room is large, fully equipped, hot water is sufficient, laundry detergent lotion conditioner is everything. The front desk and the hotel's overall service are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is quite rich, but the freshly cooked wonton has a kind of shredded pork noodles. The only dissatisfaction is that there may be a problem with hygiene. After I checked in, I found a blood spot on the sheets. I didn't want to trouble it. As a result, I passed by the front desk and happened to hear the front desk girl picking up a complaint call about the sheets. 😂 I hope the store attaches great importance to improving it!

All around were steel and concrete, beautifully dressed, with all kinds of heavy makeup, and the hurried takeaways in the middle, garbage in the corners, and the bright lights and feasting overhead. I felt a little dazed and suffocated for a moment. The last 5-star praise was for that touch of gentleness.

After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. Big shout out to the hotel front desk staff! Their service was professional and incredibly welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were super fast. They were also very patient and helpful when I asked for directions and information about local facilities. They're genuinely friendly, and their attention to detail really made a difference. I chose this hotel during the Fuyang Marathon. Miss Yang Guo at the front desk warmly received us and learned that we were participating in the marathon. She also specially sent cards and fruits with blessings and refueling, providing full emotional value. The hotel room was clean and tidy, very quiet at night, and slept very soundly. The next day, the competition was full of spirit and the medal was won smoothly. Thank you very much Buckingham Palace, I will definitely come back next year!

Very beautiful hotel, one of the best! Private parking with charging. It would be a great hotel to stay at if it weren't for the horribly strong smell of smoke in the rooms. I hope they add non-smoking rooms in future.

very comfortable and very clean. great service. I want to stay for another day. The only thing that I'd like them to have is a refrigerator and a bar. And bathrobe. But the price is very cheap so it is awesome.

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.

There were cigarette butts and debris on the floor. The sanitary napkin sewer was seriously offensive. At first, the shower had a shi smell, and later it was found that it was the smell of the sewer. I didn't find customer service, because I just changed it and I didn't bother to change it. I hope to pay attention to hygiene
