"This hotel was a truly wonderful surprise! The location is top-notch, super convenient for getting around, being so close to both the subway station and major attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a subtle, calming fragrance that instantly helps you relax. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind. She upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully sent up fruit and a sweet soup. Service was very prompt. My room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a selection of pillows at different heights – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, brand-name toiletries, and excellent water pressure from the shower. Breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. , the waiter gave me five bottles of water to apologize, which was not sincere. Environment: I went to the swimming pool and hot spring. The children had a lot of fun and the overall water quality was clean. Service: The hotel provides free swimming pool tickets, but guests are required to enter the swimming pool only once. If they go out to eat and come back, they will be asked to buy a new ticket. It feels a bit strange. I have stayed at other hot spring hotels and no one requires them to stay. Guests entering and exiting the hotel on the same day must purchase a second ticket. Why not separate rules for the rights of individual guests and hotel guests. The area near the hotel is relatively deserted and there are no businesses. If you want to buy drinks and ice cream, you have to go back to the swimming pool. There are no self-service vending machines in the hotel lobby. The breakfast in the hotel is relatively simple. Scallion pancakes, wonton fritters and fried dough sticks are okay, but not much else. We had dinner at the barbecue restaurant inside without leaving the swimming pool. The meat skewers were too hard and the kids didn’t like it. The clear soup noodles and fried rice were just so-so. It was good to come here to play in the water. I didn’t have a good impression of the accommodation. I might stay in a nearby hotel in the future and only come here. Just play in the water here."
