If you dislike crowds or are easily frightened, you might find it a bit too quiet. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from local specialties to refined Western-style light meals, all with excellent taste and quality. Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise."

"We stayed at this hotel for a night before heading to Kitano with our kids. The facilities are brand new, as it's a recently renovated hotel from 2025. The cleanliness is excellent, and the service is attentive. They offer self-service laundry and a gym. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"The wedding room and banquet hall are both in Hilton Garden Inn. The wedding room is indeed easy to be photographed. The cleaning lady saw that it was a wedding room and took the initiative to provide red sheets for the wedding room. The service awareness is great. The only regret is that the business suite wedding room we booked was changed to the next day, and then it was changed to a deluxe king-size bed room. When decorating the wedding room, the operation manager Mr. Feng helped to arrange and post the wedding characters, etc. I am very satisfied. Overall very nice"

"The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays."

"Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying."
