The service was excellent, and breakfast was great too. The room was very clean and quiet. I loved that there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, just like at quick-service hotels abroad. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us a small gift of Qiaomi rice, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were always gentle-voiced and smiling. It was truly wonderful. I suggested they make the lobby smell nice, like hotels overseas, and they were very grateful and receptive! That was also a good sign! It would be even better if the value for money was higher during holidays. I hope the hotel continues to improve. I'll definitely stay here every time I come back.

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well. Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

The hotel has a great environment and is well-equipped with facilities like a gym and laundry room. There's also a huge parking lot right next to it, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot if you're driving. The room was exceptionally clean, spotless, not even a single hair on the floor. It's a really great hotel, highly recommended.

This kind of hotel is really good in the mainland. The service details are very good. I invited friends for lunch and dinner in the hotel. The service in the Chinese restaurant was really good and enthusiastic. It is really amazing that a hotel in a prefecture-level city can provide such service at such a high price. The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

I like to give different evaluations to different people. I come to Jingmen almost every month. I choose different hotels. Experience communication with different people, this hotel is very good location, the parking lot is very large, now moved to a place very close to the hotel, the room environment is very good, clean, hands on the table can not wipe the dust, the cleaning waiter is very dedicated, the service is good, and free water delivery, I asked for more disposable towels at the time, and they readily agreed. They also took the initiative to help me connect to the wifi. It was very considerate. When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I parked the car in the yard of the municipal party committee. I was sure if it was the place I said, and finally confirmed it again. I only understood that this place was originally, and overall it was very good. After I came, I decided to stay at this hotel. The note car can be arranged. People have a place to live. The environment is also good, clean, OK, very good.

The parking lot is spacious and convenient. The hotel is cozy with soundproof windows, so it's not noisy. Most importantly, the environment is clean and tidy! The staff even helped me with my luggage when I checked out, which was very helpful.
