The sky garden on the 8th floor of the hotel is very beautiful and you can also barbecue. There is also a large writing desk that can be used for office in the lobby on the first floor. The location is also very good, there are many restaurants, convenience stores and a park nearby. What makes me most satisfied is the service of the hotel staff at home, which is really responsive and has the standard of answering questions. In addition, the hotel provides free service for car pick-up and delivery within 5 kilometers. The general manager personally drove us to various tennis courts to experience! Very good stay experience, highly recommended, next time you come to Jingshan, you must still be this hotel!

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. This kind of hotel is really good in the mainland. The service details are very good. I invited friends for lunch and dinner in the hotel. The hotel is located across a wall from Jingshan Tennis School, with a comfortable environment and convenient parking. The room is large, the layout is reasonable, there is a voice control system and electric curtains. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the washstand is large, and the quality of the supporting toiletries is good. Breakfast is on the first floor, rich in variety, Chinese and Western. The bedding is soft and hard, and the linen is of high quality. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the tennis elements in the hotel are rich and distinctive. Pajamas are more perfect if there is a disposable protective cover.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room. 

At first, I was not used to not seeing the lobby on the first floor, but when I walked to the top of the building, I saw another scene, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall feeling was comfortable, the service was warm, the environment was clean and tidy, and it was quiet without being disturbed by the outside world. I could feel that the boss was a person who pursued comfort.
