"Staying at this hotel again, I was deeply impressed by the attentive and warm service. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. In addition to a wide variety of breakfast options, there were also nutritious late-night snacks. Every guest felt truly at home. Free parking was provided, and a complimentary shuttle service was available to take guests to explore the city and the Eight Squares and Thirteen Alleys. The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms are spacious and bright, spotless, and super comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. For those driving, parking is free and there are charging stations available. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety, and they have a gym and laundry room too. "I loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”)
The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions!
One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else!
On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi.
I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!"

"Full score five-star recommended all-season hotel (Linxia Baiyi Times Square)! This stay experience exceeded expectations in all aspects, and this is the first choice for business trips/plays in Linxia.
The location is excellent, just in the Baiyi Square business district, shopping and shopping are particularly convenient, and it is easy to find a taxi. The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the whole process was efficient and worry-free.
The hotel as a whole is an iconic Zen style throughout the season, the tea in the lobby is refreshing and the atmosphere is very healing. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry without smell, the zero-pressure mattress and pillow comfort were full, the sound insulation effect was online, and the night was quiet and sleep well. The room is equipped with tea sets, the leisure cup of tea is particularly relaxing, the facilities are brand new and complete, and the quality of toiletries is online.

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

"Highly recommended, I hardly write any reviews, but this trip to Linxia feels great. This hotel was at the departure point of Linma. I stayed very late the night before. The price did not rise to more than 800 like other hotels. It was very conscience. In order to cooperate with Linma breakfast time 5:30-11:00, the hotel also prepared an extra packaged meal. The check-out time is 5 pm, which is too surprising. After I got together with my old friends at noon, I could go back to the hotel and set off after a break. I felt very good. And the reception attitude is very good, there is no time to limit, but you can tell us when you check out. All the staff are very professional, everything starts from the perspective of solving problems, answering the phone is also very professional, and the polite attitude is very good. The hotel also prepared a lot, and prepared a souvenir before leaving. It was my favorite bowl, really good. This time I upgraded to a parent-child room. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay. The room is very warm and there are various facilities for children.

GGuest UserXingcheng's service is impeccable, truly excellent! Especially the front desk staff, who are warm, attentive, and proactive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that parking is shared with other businesses, making it difficult to park on holidays and weekends, and getting out can be a hassle due to traffic congestion, requiring you to call and wait for others to move your car. Otherwise, everything is great!

I especially loved the breakfast; the steamed buns and beef noodles were homemade by the Hui Muslim staff. MM637009****This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable.
The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Disadvantages: The bracket that fixes the shower head is broken, and the hot and cold water instructions are opposite. Water leaking from under the glass shower door will spread outside. The water didn't come until nearly 9 a.m. on the second day after we checked in. It was very inconvenient for us because of urgent pipe repairs.
Maybe my room is an individual case.
Putting these aside, everything else is ok.

The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. In general, this hotel in Linxia is highly recommended. The few minor comments mentioned above are not nitpicking, but I hope they can do better.
