GGuest UserXingcheng's service is impeccable, truly excellent! Especially the front desk staff, who are warm, attentive, and proactive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that parking is shared with other businesses, making it difficult to park on holidays and weekends, and getting out can be a hassle due to traffic congestion, requiring you to call and wait for others to move your car. Otherwise, everything is great!

GGuest UserHotel location advantage is obvious, very close to the eight squares and 13 lanes, travel is very convenient. The front desk staff is very welcoming, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the northwest pasta, the side dishes are complete, especially the sweet glutinous rice is delicious, the price is full, and I will stay here next time in summer!

Its convenient location is a plus, with numerous shops and a beautiful park nearby. I particularly loved the room's design. I will definitely return if I visit Linxia again!

GGuest UserI loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”)
The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions!
One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else!
On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi.
I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!

MM637009****This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable.
The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserThe deluxe standard room I stayed in on this business trip was very comfortable, the bedding was clean and tidy, the room was sunny, the windows were bright and clean, and the feeling of being at home was super good. The waiter was very enthusiastic. The room had two free bottles of mineral water, and I asked for another bottle. The attitude was very good, the environment was good, the Chinese style, sitting on the sofa and basking in the sun was very pleasant, and the parking at the door was free and very convenient.
