The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making the service attentive and the overall experience excellent, showing great tact in guest relations. Because my child wanted to see the room in advance, the front desk attendant enthusiastically took us up to see it, even though my reservation hadn't been found at that time. They weren't at all perfunctory. Since the extended service on my order couldn't be used due to late check-in, the front desk even specially sent a fruit platter.
