"Every time I visit Mianyang, I stay at this hotel. I truly, truly, truly love it! The rooms are large and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the sunrise. The lighting in the room is soft and easy on the eyes, and the layout is simple and cozy. The bathroom facilities are in perfect condition and smart – the temperature-controlled toilet seat is super comfortable, the shower provides a steady stream, and hot water is fast and plentiful. Lexi and her team provide professional and efficient service, promptly resolving any issues guests might have, making for a worry-free and pleasant stay. Their 31st floor is also lovely; you can grab a coffee there. In the afternoons when I have free time, I enjoy going up to sit quietly and sip coffee while admiring the high-rise night view. I've recommended it to my friends, and they all said it was great. I'll definitely be back!"

"Exceptional service always shines through! I was heading to Tangjiahe to see wildlife, and Mianyang was the most convenient transfer point. I wanted a hotel near the station. I hadn't heard of Baden Hotel before, but seeing its 4.8 rating on Ctrip and the affordable price, I figured it wouldn't be too bad – so I booked it! From the station, it's about an 8-minute walk if you turn left and keep going. The Shenzhou Car Rental pickup point was also conveniently located along the way! Check-in was very efficient, and my pre-requested non-smoking and quiet room preferences were both met. The room even had a pillow menu and silent earplugs, which was a very thoughtful touch. The carpet in the guest corridor was new and clean; I asked and found out it had only been replaced a few months ago. Before dinner, the front desk recommended Yang Feichang Chinese Restaurant nearby. On my way out, I met a concierge staff member, who was dressed impeccably and behaved courteously, and helpfully gave me directions. Breakfast was abundant, and the bakery items were particularly outstanding – expertly made. They even had a few types of sourdough bread and I spotted honeycomb honey, which you usually only occasionally see at five-star hotels. Even more surprising, after I ordered rice noodles at the live cooking station, a restaurant employee proactively offered to bring it to my table. Their attitude was warm and friendly. This level of service far surpasses many five-star hotels in bigger cities! When checking out, I accidentally left a bag of fruit in the room. Just two minutes after leaving the hotel, I received a call from housekeeping, saying they would bring it down to me immediately. Warm, professional, efficient, and excellent value for money. The 4.8 rating is well-deserved! Highly recommended!"

"The Hampton by Hilton Mianyang Fucheng offers incredible value for money, a definite five-star recommendation! Its location is outstanding, right next to Yuewang Tower. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded my room, allowing me to enjoy views of the iconic Yuewang Tower (like 'a perilous tower reaching a hundred feet, with stars within grasp') and the Fucheng River (like 'spring waters as green as indigo') right from my window! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I especially loved the complimentary juice and popcorn upon check-in! Our driver even mentioned that we'd chosen a location practically in the city center – it's superb, directly opposite Yuewang Tower, making travel easy and offering plenty of dining options nearby. My friend loved the thoughtful and practical self-service water station in the lobby, and the sweet, crispy cookies were a huge plus. The hotel also boasts excellent business facilities, with a self-service printer available at all times for any impromptu work needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern with a well-designed layout. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious – I particularly enjoyed the spicy rice noodles, while my friend loved the desserts! It's a great way to start the day feeling energized. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a gym for workouts and a laundry room with dryers, which is a lifesaver when traveling. Upon check-out, they even gave us a small New Year's gift, demonstrating their attention to detail and excellent overall service. My stay was truly outstanding."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It was my first time getting stuck in an elevator, but I wasn't scared; I actually found it quite thrilling! My husband, on the other hand, was terrified 😜. The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very warm and provided excellent service. They brought us fruit and breakfast. Seeing how much water we drank, they left us a lot more the next day 😂. Ordering takeout was also super convenient."

"The receptionist was very welcoming and knew the area well, even showing me how to park! This hotel was probably the best I've stayed at in Mianyang; the rooms were great, and the parking lot was large and convenient. I'll definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel in Mianyang. I contacted Cindy in advance, and she kindly arranged a river-view room for us. The weather has been great these past few days, with pleasant temperatures. The sunrise in the morning is supposed to be stunning, but I woke up too late to catch it. However, I did see the sky in two distinct colors, which was quite a unique sight. The hotel breakfast was just so-so. Cindy's service, though, was absolutely excellent. She put us on the 19th floor, and the room was even better than the one I had last time. The bedding was also very comfortable; Cindy mentioned it's custom-made for Jinjiang Radisson Group, and it felt really premium. Since I redeemed some points, I was able to extend my check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly considerate. I could even have lunch and then a quick nap before leaving. I'll definitely be back next time. Cindy is such a wonderful person and provides exceptional service!"

"The hotel has complete hardware facilities and a beautiful environment surrounded by mountains and water. Special praise must go to the first mate Xiao Ma. As our arrival time was before 10 a.m., the room we booked was not available. Xiao Ma took into consideration that we were very tired after driving here in the morning and upgraded our room for free so that we could check in on time. Thank you very much. The breakfast is very rich, the Mianyang rice noodles are delicious, and there are fresh welcome fruits. Next time I go to Mianyang, I will choose this hotel again."

"出差黨都懂，找個舒適的酒店太重要了。昨天住這家，沒有五星級那種端着的感覺，也不像快捷酒店那麼湊合，就是剛剛好的商務氛圍，舒服！ 幾個小細節特別戳我： 1. 前台免費幫我打印文書，即便收費我也覺得貼心，畢竟在陌生城市，這種服務太加分了。 2. 房間設計很妙，洗漱區和睡覺區隔開，有種小套房的錯覺，感覺花大床房的錢住了個套間。電視還能投屏，15分鐘搞定網上會議，又刷了一會兒電視，100多個台沒看完就餓了。換身休閑裝下樓，把臟衣服扔自助洗衣機，2~3分鐘就溜達到隔壁凱德廣場吃飯，綿陽的晚上真挺有生活氣，疲憊感一下散了。 3. 逛回來，衣服已經洗好疊好裝袋了，服務生還問要不要夜宵——饞但忍住了，禮貌謝絕。又去健身房走了會登山模式，服務生進來放了瓶水，細節拉滿。 4. 亞朵的床品就不用多説了，老網紅了，確實舒服。 總之，這次體驗感滿分，以後到綿陽，一定還住這裏！"

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed sheets and quilt covers had just been changed, without any stains or odors. The toilet, sink, etc. in the bathroom are wiped clean without any sanitary dead corners. The whole room gives people a refreshing and comfortable feeling. It is very convenient to issue invoices. Just reserve the invoice information and send it directly to your email after it is issued. The service is impeccable. "On the last day of Mianyang, I will take the train back at night. It is definitely right to come to Mianyang to see the pandas and choose this hotel. In the morning, I can take a taxi for a few dollars to reach the gate of the Giant Panda Garden in a few minutes. I can take the bus if I come back in the afternoon. The hotel also sent a souvenir and reimbursed the taxi fare to and from Giant Panda Garden for a day. The service is really old and in place. The rice noodles for breakfast are also delicious. This trip is quite satisfactory."
