"Although the room wasn't perfectly square, the overall layout was quite good. I especially liked the walk-in closet being placed next to the main area, as it created a nice, soft partition. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was convenient. My only minor feedback would be that the breakfast selection could have been a bit more varied."

"Traveling with kids, we chose the Mianyang Sheraton for safety, hygiene, and comfort. The front desk staff were warm and polite, even giving my child a small gift when we left. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, and the Mianyang pork intestine rice noodles were delicious. The only downside was that there were only two elevators, and our room was on a high floor. However, the price was very reasonable, not expensive at all. Highly recommend! 👍🏻"

"Exceptional service always shines through! I was heading to Tangjiahe to see wildlife, and Mianyang was the most convenient transfer point. I wanted a hotel near the station. I hadn't heard of Baden Hotel before, but seeing its 4.8 rating on Ctrip and the affordable price, I figured it wouldn't be too bad – so I booked it! From the station, it's about an 8-minute walk if you turn left and keep going. The Shenzhou Car Rental pickup point was also conveniently located along the way! Check-in was very efficient, and my pre-requested non-smoking and quiet room preferences were both met. The room even had a pillow menu and silent earplugs, which was a very thoughtful touch. The carpet in the guest corridor was new and clean; I asked and found out it had only been replaced a few months ago. Before dinner, the front desk recommended Yang Feichang Chinese Restaurant nearby. On my way out, I met a concierge staff member, who was dressed impeccably and behaved courteously, and helpfully gave me directions. Breakfast was abundant, and the bakery items were particularly outstanding – expertly made. They even had a few types of sourdough bread and I spotted honeycomb honey, which you usually only occasionally see at five-star hotels. Even more surprising, after I ordered rice noodles at the live cooking station, a restaurant employee proactively offered to bring it to my table. Their attitude was warm and friendly. This level of service far surpasses many five-star hotels in bigger cities! When checking out, I accidentally left a bag of fruit in the room. Just two minutes after leaving the hotel, I received a call from housekeeping, saying they would bring it down to me immediately. Warm, professional, efficient, and excellent value for money. The 4.8 rating is well-deserved! Highly recommended!"

"The Hampton by Hilton Mianyang Fucheng offers incredible value for money, a definite five-star recommendation! Its location is outstanding, right next to Yuewang Tower. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded my room, allowing me to enjoy views of the iconic Yuewang Tower (like 'a perilous tower reaching a hundred feet, with stars within grasp') and the Fucheng River (like 'spring waters as green as indigo') right from my window! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I especially loved the complimentary juice and popcorn upon check-in! Our driver even mentioned that we'd chosen a location practically in the city center – it's superb, directly opposite Yuewang Tower, making travel easy and offering plenty of dining options nearby. My friend loved the thoughtful and practical self-service water station in the lobby, and the sweet, crispy cookies were a huge plus. The hotel also boasts excellent business facilities, with a self-service printer available at all times for any impromptu work needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern with a well-designed layout. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious – I particularly enjoyed the spicy rice noodles, while my friend loved the desserts! It's a great way to start the day feeling energized. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a gym for workouts and a laundry room with dryers, which is a lifesaver when traveling. Upon check-out, they even gave us a small New Year's gift, demonstrating their attention to detail and excellent overall service. My stay was truly outstanding."

"This is my second stay at this hotel in Mianyang. I contacted Cindy in advance, and she kindly arranged a river-view room for us. The weather has been great these past few days, with pleasant temperatures. The sunrise in the morning is supposed to be stunning, but I woke up too late to catch it. However, I did see the sky in two distinct colors, which was quite a unique sight. The hotel breakfast was just so-so. Cindy's service, though, was absolutely excellent. She put us on the 19th floor, and the room was even better than the one I had last time. The bedding was also very comfortable; Cindy mentioned it's custom-made for Jinjiang Radisson Group, and it felt really premium. Since I redeemed some points, I was able to extend my check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly considerate. I could even have lunch and then a quick nap before leaving. I'll definitely be back next time. Cindy is such a wonderful person and provides exceptional service!"

"The hotel has excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet at night and allowing me to sleep soundly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was very dry. "This hotel was quite nice, with a pleasant environment. The room was reasonably clean, and the treadmill and breakfast area are on the first floor. The drip coffee and tea bags were complimentary. The front desk service was attentive and efficient. The hotel was very quiet, with excellent and quiet air conditioning, a real blessing for those with sleep problems. There were two pillow options, both very comfortable! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time! They even gave my child a small gift upon departure!"

"This stay was too comfortable, the overall environment was very good, the front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, the service was very intimate! The hotel has an underground parking lot and the location is very good. There are CapitaLand Plaza and Wal-Mart nearby. It is very close to the Shengshui Temple and Yuewang Temple, 15 minutes from the airport. The room is clean and spacious, the curtains are not light, the sound insulation is very good, the night sleep is super comfortable, the shower water is large, the hot water is very fast, the disposable slippers, the toilet seat quality is good, the hardness of the mattress is just right, the price is super high hotel!"

"There was only one day off for New Year's Day, so I couldn't travel far, so I took the kids to live on Taohua Island. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic. I especially praised the first mate Xiao Ma for upgrading the room for free. In the morning, she also reminded me to take the children to feed the red-billed gulls. The children were very happy! The room was clean and tidy. The room attendant Chen Yu provided warm and thoughtful service. She prepared toiletries for the children and gave them Tremella and Pear Soup as a gift! "”Good afternoon” is the first greeting you hear when you walk into the hotel, and along with the voice comes a cup of delicious black tea. Atour's tea-serving culture is engraved into the bones of every Atour employee and cannot be replicated. In all the hotels I have stayed in before, the hotel staff mostly addressed me respectfully as Mr./Ms. from check-in to check-out, which made people feel polite but distant. The surprise of staying at this hotel in Mianyang was that after I handed my ID card to the girl ”Huili” at the front desk for check-in, whether I went to the front desk to inquire about any matters in the evening or went to the restaurant for dinner in the morning, the staff here would greet me with my last name and actively communicate with me, which made me feel that they really remembered me, which also surprised me. I don't know how Atour does its training, this is a kind of intimacy that I have not felt in other hotels. During my meal, I met the little girl named ”Huili” who checked me in in the elevator. She took the initiative to help me to refresh the elevator floor. During this time, she was holding a bowl of Mianyang rice noodles. I casually asked, ”Can you deliver it to the room?” She told me sincerely: there was a mother with a plaster leg and a child staying in the hotel. Only the child was seen coming down for breakfast. The restaurant partner asked and learned from the child that the mother had difficulty moving and did not come downstairs, so he took the initiative to deliver a bowl of hot special rice noodles to the guest in the room. This is not just hot rice noodles, this is service that warms your heart. I stayed in Atour for three days. The soundproofing is super good. The room is very quiet, the shower head is very comfortable, the water temperature is just right, the faint fragrance of the store permeates the entire public area, the corridor and the lobby use the same fragrance, I have to say it smells very good, even the smell of the hotel's laundry detergent is super good, and they can also provide free laundry service. When I needed to catch an early flight when I left, I tried to ask if I could pack some bread and milk to take away.
