"This is the best hotel in Lüsi Port Town. The entire design concept is based on a five-star hotel, and the level of service is indeed five-star. I don't know why it's listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel room is quite spacious, actually around 42 square meters. The facilities are new, except the air conditioning wasn't very hot; perhaps because it's spring and the central air conditioning is off, it was a bit chilly at night. The room was very clean, with attention to detail. The hotel's promotional video was excellent, showcasing many of the hotel's intangible cultural heritage artworks and design concepts. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is a well-known local restaurant, excellent for seafood, as it's located in a famous fishing port. The receptionist, Ms. Shi, was very warm and attentive, even providing us with complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful. Special praise goes to the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant; she was exceptionally welcoming and even personally served me noodles when I couldn't carry two! 👍 The receptionist at the restaurant on April 6th deserves a huge thumbs up—a bright smile and warm service. The hotel butler also sent greetings via WeChat. It's rare to find such a good hotel in a small town. By the way, there are charging stations in the underground parking garage; slow charging is convenient, but the electricity cost of 2.24 yuan per kilowatt-hour is a bit expensive, judging from the perspective of a Black Diamond member. This hotel deserves a 90 out of 100; it's a great choice for anyone visiting Lüsi Port."

"The hotel is right next to Wenfeng World, so it's easy to find. The front desk service was excellent; they answered all my questions. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room, gym equipment, and a restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and their pillows were especially nice. I was on a seven-day business trip and chose this hotel for five of them. I had no complaints about the hotel!"

"Everything about the hotel was great. When I checked in, the Front Office Manager, Ellen, upgraded me to a higher floor room and even gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful gesture! However, there was a construction site next door, and an excavator was demolishing a building late into the night, creating a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep (I have trouble sleeping and specifically requested a quiet room). I was quite upset at the time! Ellen, upon learning of the situation, went above and beyond to sort things out for me, and I'm truly grateful! With such a dedicated and responsible Front Office Manager, I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Qidong."

"My first choice hotel when traveling, and I am as satisfied as ever this time! Clean and tidy, great breakfast! The bedding is comfortable! The service provided by the beautiful girl Anny made our family feel particularly happy: gifts for the children were given when we checked in, yogurt was thoughtfully arranged for breakfast, and she helped introduce surrounding attractions and dining places! Jing, the beauty at the front desk, is also great! Come again next time😀"

"This place is really great! Parking is convenient, check-in is quick, and the hotel parking lot has charging stations, so charging your battery is convenient and won't delay your trip. It is understandable that the day of check-in is Saturday, but the hotel should have a plan. It is really not supposed to wait like this. Or informing the check-in time in advance that you need to wait until after 4 pm is another way. Facilities: 20 floors high nearly 200 rooms, there are two elevators, the waiting time for the elevator to go up and down is too long, the design is short board. For a hotel that only opened in 2026, there have been abnormal noises when the elevator is running, and there are signs of wear and tear in public areas, elevators, and even guest rooms, and the facilities are not properly maintained. In addition, the corridor of the 18th floor public area does not turn on the air conditioner, resulting in the room air conditioning must be set to 24 degrees at night to cool down to 26 degrees, which is unacceptable in summer. Overall, I will not go to live or recommend this hotel again. I am sorry for the basic room price of more than 800 a night."

This is incredibly thoughtful, especially for a summer stay. One card can be left permanently in the power slot, ensuring the room's air conditioning continues to run when we're out. This means that no matter when we return to the room, we're greeted by a cool and comfortable environment, without having to endure the stuffy wait while it recools. This small detail significantly enhanced the comfort and convenience of a summer stay; it's very user-friendly. 2. **Abundant Drink Options, No Kettle Needed**: The room's coffee machine and separate instant hot water dispenser are also huge pluses. This means we can easily get hot water for tea or other beverages anytime, completely eliminating the need for a traditional electric kettle. This not only saves waiting time but also alleviates concerns about potential scale or cleanliness issues with kettles, feeling more hygienic and quicker. The coffee machine also met the need for a hot cup of coffee anytime, which was very convenient. **Suggestions for Improvement** **Disposable Towel Experience Was Subpar**: The only minor inconvenience was the disposable bath towels provided in the room. While I understand the hotel might offer disposable items for environmental reasons or convenience, in practice, their absorbency was poor. After use, there were still noticeable water streaks on the skin, making it feel like I hadn't dried off properly. For drying after a shower, the experience wasn't ideal; I might need to use multiple towels to achieve the desired effect, which is neither eco-friendly nor comfortable. Overall, the hotel has done an excellent job in enhancing guest convenience and comfort, and these details show great care. If the quality of the disposable towels could be upgraded to biodegradable products with better absorbency and a more comfortable feel, or if high-quality, reusable cotton towels were offered as an option, I believe the overall stay experience would be even more perfect. These minor issues don't detract from the overall excellent experience, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the towel experience on my next stay!
