"Everything about the hotel was great. When I checked in, the Front Office Manager, Ellen, upgraded me to a higher floor room and even gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful gesture! However, there was a construction site next door, and an excavator was demolishing a building late into the night, creating a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep (I have trouble sleeping and specifically requested a quiet room). I was quite upset at the time! Ellen, upon learning of the situation, went above and beyond to sort things out for me, and I'm truly grateful! With such a dedicated and responsible Front Office Manager, I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Qidong."

"The hotel is right next to Wenfeng World, so it's easy to find. The front desk service was excellent; they answered all my questions. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room, gym equipment, and a restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and their pillows were especially nice. I was on a seven-day business trip and chose this hotel for five of them. I had no complaints about the hotel!"

"The hotel is newly opened, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. In particular, Celia Jin at the front desk made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A polite gentleman from the concierge, wearing glasses, was very welcoming. He accompanied us to our room and introduced all the hotel facilities along the way, which was very professional. The breakfast was bountiful, and the garden design is exquisite and elegant! It's perfect for a vacation. Since it's a new hotel, some areas have elevation changes that require warning signs, as shown in picture three. Also, the entrance from the underground parking to the hotel lobby also has an elevation change without warning signs, which needs improvement! Additionally, a glass panel in the underground passage to the swimming pool is broken and needs to be replaced as soon as possible, with proper protection put in place."

After parking the car, you can ask the butler to arrange an electric car to pick you up. The hotel environment is good, and the staff will take the initiative to greet you. The hotel is very close to the Qi Tang City scenic spot, and you can ask the butler to arrange a car to pick you up, which is very convenient. Two shortcomings: 1. The breakfast variety is a little less, and it can be appropriately increased. 2. The noise of the external unit of the central air conditioner in the room is really loud, and you can hear the sound of the air conditioner compressor working when you sleep at night."
