"A special thank you to the front desk staff of your hotel. I had booked a two-night stay, but my child developed a fever in the middle of the night on the first night. I tried calling the front desk to ask if they had a thermometer, and less than five minutes after hanging up, a thermometer was delivered to my room. When the front desk staff brought me the medicine I had ordered from takeout, they thoughtfully included a few extra bottles of water, which immediately calmed me down. Because my child was sick, we checked out the next day. Before checking out, the front desk proactively informed me that I could cancel the second night's stay, which was unexpected, as I had thought that bookings were non-refundable! The hotel's buffet breakfast and lunch were also excellent. There were also complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and hot drinks on the first floor. I didn't get to see everything this time, but I'll definitely go back next time and stay at your hotel again!!"

"The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion."

"It was excellent. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously, and they even provided complimentary yogurt. The sheets and duvet covers were very comfortable, and there were plenty of takeout options nearby, making it very convenient. "This was my first time staying in a 'di keng yuan' (pit dwelling), and it was a really unique experience. The owner's family runs the 'Lao Jia Yin Xiang Di Keng Yuan B&B,' and this is their actual family courtyard where three generations have lived for over 50 years. The room facilities were excellent. The bed was huge, and the pillows were so soft. Our family had plenty of space. There was an electric blanket, so we didn't feel cold at night. Plus, the pit dwelling itself naturally stays warm in winter and cool in summer, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy, with a TV and complimentary drinking water. The bathroom facilities were also complete, very clean, and odor-free. The owner's family clearly does a great job with upkeep. The B&B is also very close to the scenic area, less than a kilometer away, so transportation is very convenient. Parking is free, and you can park right above the courtyard. The owner's cooking was delicious; every dish was to our taste. Breakfast was only 10 yuan per person and a great deal, with fried dough sticks, pancakes, local side dishes, eggs, corn, and millet porridge – a complete and very affordable spread. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The owner's family was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I'll definitely be recommending this B&B to my friends when I get back!"

"The hotel is actually quite good. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... The staff were excellent, cleaning daily and replacing water, linens, and toiletries. They were diligent and dedicated, offering no discounts. They also enthusiastically recommended nearby parks and snacks. The breakfast buffet was average, but filling. However, the value-added promotions advertised on the billboard downstairs seemed like hype without action, a deaf ear to the truth—just a decoration."
