"Our whole family, three adults and two children, stayed in Xinjiang for 15 days. We stayed in hotels ranging from 5,610 nights to 5,600 nights. While witnessing the beautiful scenery, we were also moved by the enthusiasm and kindness of Xinjiang people! But this one is definitely the one with the warmest memories of our family! 👍 When we arrived on the first day, the boss took his little baby out to get vaccinated. First, the boss's brother entertained us. This big brother was honest and enthusiastic. While saying that he was stupid and didn't know how to do business, it was his brother-in-law who could do it. Then he said happily, ”You guys take a rest and look after the house for me. I'll buy you a watermelon to eat!” and asked you if you were warm! 😋 In fact, we only stayed here for one night, but now when we look back on this journey, both elders and children will say ”our home in Bagua City”. This reputation is definitely not in vain. To be honest, I think many details of the room are more thoughtful than most five-star hotels. For example, a complete set of bedding, towels and bath towels are clean, such as disposable toilet seats prepared in advance, bathroom facilities are quite complete, no odor and the water supply is very smooth, such as disposable slippers + plastic slippers for bathing, etc. etc. In addition, the boss himself is equivalent to the concierge of a five-star hotel. He is well versed in how to choose routes and attractions, and will explain clearly to you. In short, the boss is definitely a person who pays attention to details and loves work and life seriously! Then you can’t go wrong choosing here! ❗️ The courtyard is very cozy and entertaining. There was a washing machine, and we washed a lot of clothes that day. The scene of the two children singing and hanging clothes in the yard with their father and then eating watermelon still feels beautiful and healing when I think back on it! 😊 By the way, the small bag of gray dates given by the boss before leaving was particularly delicious, even a person who doesn’t like dates also liked it! I can’t find the same model when I go back to Shanghai, I miss it! I can only ask the boss for it next time I go to Xinjiang! 😂😂😂"

"The room was spotless, the surroundings were lovely, and the parking lot was spacious. It was a perfect stopover on our way through Baguacheng. What truly impressed me were the mirror-like faucets – it immediately gave me the impression that every aspect of this hotel was top-notch. Since it was the off-season, the front desk even upgraded our room! They have a washing machine, dryer, and a gym. Absolutely fantastic!!"

"Pros: 1) One of our best stay in our 2 weeks long trip in Xinjiang 2) They accept foreigners and the service staffs are very friendly and very willing to assist us. 3) They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to the suite room! 4) They give complimentary snacks and fruits 5) Room is spacious, clean and shower pressure is adequate with consistent hot water. 6) Near to many convenience stores and restaurants Cons: 1) Price is a little steep"

The location is also great, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Taxis here have a starting fare of five yuan, which is quite reasonable. "Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience! I'd especially like to commend the short-haired, ethnic minority girl at the front desk. She was incredibly sweet, and her service attitude was absolutely top-notch – truly exceeding expectations. She was warm and thoughtful, proactively asking if we needed anything and telling us to call the front desk. She was also very attentive, reminding us of things, and never showed even a hint of impatience throughout our interactions. Communication with her was very comfortable; she spoke with a constant smile, making us feel incredibly welcomed. After we checked in, she even called to ask if we were satisfied with our room. "The room environment was good, but the shower had very low water pressure and not enough hot water. The front desk later said this could be adjusted, so I recommend checking it upon check-in. The breakfast was decent, but the variety could be improved, and the eggs that day needed to be cooked longer. Also, breakfast starts at 8:30 AM, not 8:00 AM. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the suburbs; you'll pass it on the way to Kuerdening. Gongliu County is very small, more like a town, so getting a taxi here isn't very convenient (Gongliu itself doesn't have many taxis), but the front desk can help arrange one."

"Our stay at the Shar Starry Sky Glamping camp in Karajun Grassland was a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience! The camp is nestled in the core area of a World Natural Heritage site, offering breathtaking views. From our window, we could see vast grasslands and continuous snow-capped mountains – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The starry dome we stayed in was incredibly impressive. It offered unobstructed panoramic views, allowing us to watch the grassland sunset right from our bed. At night, with no city light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and the provided telescope made stargazing super convenient – the kids absolutely loved it. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding 24/7. They even offered stargazing explanations. The camp provides excellent privacy, with ample space between each room, making it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and authentic, featuring traditional flatbread (nang) and fresh milk – the grassland cuisine was delicious. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep under the stars and waking up to the view of snow-capped mountains – this is what a true luxury wilderness getaway should be. Highly recommended!"

I especially want to praise the ladies at the front desk, Ake and Xiao Su, their service attitude is really super considerate! When I needed to wash and dry clothes late at night, they not only patiently guided me on how to use the 24-hour free self-service laundry room, but also took the initiative to help me confirm the laundry process. The default cold water wash for 36 minutes and high-temperature drying for 30 minutes are very efficient. The clothes are soft and clean after washing. Disinfectant is also provided free of charge. Perfect details! What touched me most was that Ake and Xiao Su followed up on my needs throughout the whole process. When they were on duty late at night, they specially reminded me to retrieve my clothes and even helped to hang them up neatly. This serious and responsible attitude really makes people feel warm. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and it is highly recommended to all friends who come to Tekes! I will definitely choose here again next time.
