"Our whole family, three adults and two children, stayed in Xinjiang for 15 days. We stayed in hotels ranging from 5,610 nights to 5,600 nights. While witnessing the beautiful scenery, we were also moved by the enthusiasm and kindness of Xinjiang people! But this one is definitely the one with the warmest memories of our family! 👍 When we arrived on the first day, the boss took his little baby out to get vaccinated. First, the boss's brother entertained us. This big brother was honest and enthusiastic. While saying that he was stupid and didn't know how to do business, it was his brother-in-law who could do it. Then he said happily, ”You guys take a rest and look after the house for me. I'll buy you a watermelon to eat!” and asked you if you were warm! 😋 In fact, we only stayed here for one night, but now when we look back on this journey, both elders and children will say ”our home in Bagua City”. This reputation is definitely not in vain. To be honest, I think many details of the room are more thoughtful than most five-star hotels. For example, a complete set of bedding, towels and bath towels are clean, such as disposable toilet seats prepared in advance, bathroom facilities are quite complete, no odor and the water supply is very smooth, such as disposable slippers + plastic slippers for bathing, etc. etc. In addition, the boss himself is equivalent to the concierge of a five-star hotel. He is well versed in how to choose routes and attractions, and will explain clearly to you. In short, the boss is definitely a person who pays attention to details and loves work and life seriously! Then you can’t go wrong choosing here! ❗️ The courtyard is very cozy and entertaining. There was a washing machine, and we washed a lot of clothes that day. The scene of the two children singing and hanging clothes in the yard with their father and then eating watermelon still feels beautiful and healing when I think back on it! 😊 By the way, the small bag of gray dates given by the boss before leaving was particularly delicious, even a person who doesn’t like dates also liked it! I can’t find the same model when I go back to Shanghai, I miss it! I can only ask the boss for it next time I go to Xinjiang! 😂😂😂"

"This stay had several thoughtful touches that absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. 1. There were nearly 10 bottles of water in the room. While other hotels might offer water, it's rare to find so many proactively placed in the room. 2. In the morning, due to heavy snow closing the highway, we had to turn back. Even though we had already checked out, the front desk attendant was incredibly understanding and let us use our room key again to rest for a while. 3. Before we left, and after we had already returned our key and checked out, they generously lent us an umbrella so we could go out for breakfast. This level of trust made us feel incredibly welcome."

"Because I was delayed in getting to Qiongku****ai, I extended my reservation for one night. It was already past 7 o'clock when I got back to the hotel. I extended my reservation around 4 pm. After I came back, the room was not cleaned and the supplies were not replaced. I was a little disappointed. Overall, it was good and I would choose it as my first choice next time. "The room environment was good, but the shower had very low water pressure and not enough hot water. The front desk later said this could be adjusted, so I recommend checking it upon check-in. The breakfast was decent, but the variety could be improved, and the eggs that day needed to be cooked longer. Also, breakfast starts at 8:30 AM, not 8:00 AM. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the suburbs; you'll pass it on the way to Kuerdening. Gongliu County is very small, more like a town, so getting a taxi here isn't very convenient (Gongliu itself doesn't have many taxis), but the front desk can help arrange one."

"Our stay at the Shar Starry Sky Glamping camp in Karajun Grassland was a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience! The camp is nestled in the core area of a World Natural Heritage site, offering breathtaking views. From our window, we could see vast grasslands and continuous snow-capped mountains – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The starry dome we stayed in was incredibly impressive. It offered unobstructed panoramic views, allowing us to watch the grassland sunset right from our bed. At night, with no city light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and the provided telescope made stargazing super convenient – the kids absolutely loved it. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding 24/7. They even offered stargazing explanations. The camp provides excellent privacy, with ample space between each room, making it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and authentic, featuring traditional flatbread (nang) and fresh milk – the grassland cuisine was delicious. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep under the stars and waking up to the view of snow-capped mountains – this is what a true luxury wilderness getaway should be. Highly recommended!"

I especially want to praise the ladies at the front desk, Ake and Xiao Su, their service attitude is really super considerate! When I needed to wash and dry clothes late at night, they not only patiently guided me on how to use the 24-hour free self-service laundry room, but also took the initiative to help me confirm the laundry process. The default cold water wash for 36 minutes and high-temperature drying for 30 minutes are very efficient. The clothes are soft and clean after washing. Disinfectant is also provided free of charge. Perfect details! What touched me most was that Ake and Xiao Su followed up on my needs throughout the whole process. When they were on duty late at night, they specially reminded me to retrieve my clothes and even helped to hang them up neatly. This serious and responsible attitude really makes people feel warm.
