"I absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice."

"They don't charge a cleaning fee for pets, and there's an elevator, which made moving luggage very convenient.
Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade. The living room on the fourth floor offered great views for both sunrise and sunset.
The auntie was very welcoming, and the fishball noodles she cooked for breakfast were absolutely delicious 😋.
It's not far from Xiaohao Beach. You can borrow an electric scooter to ride there, or even a leisurely walk isn't tiring."

"We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel.
When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors.
For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good."

"The sea-view room was absolutely gorgeous for photos! The location of the guesthouse was superb, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—I almost felt bad for her helping with my luggage! The bed, blankets, and pillows were all very comfortable; even though I'm someone who's very particular about beds, I slept very well!
I must mention that the breakfast was incredibly healthy and hygienic! Each person received their own plate, and the portions were just right!"

"The room was clean and tidy, but some equipment made a slight noise in the dead of night, which was not very friendly to people with poor sleep quality. The quality of breakfast is good, I especially like the homemade seafood wonton noodles, which are very delicious. I would like to express my gratitude to the driver of the car that picked us up at the station yesterday. The driver has a strong sense of service. He called me twice before arriving at the station and took the initiative to help with the luggage. This is inseparable from the hotel's usual service awareness training."

The room even has tea set, so you can brew a cup of tea in the morning on the ninth floor, enjoying the quiet morning views of the bustling city below and the distant mountains and temples – truly experiencing the unique charm of Xiapu, a small county town! It was a very pleasant experience! The customer service staff were also excellent; I always leave my belongings there! In the evening, the blues always look at the sea atmosphere and are directly full. GGuest UserWe traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. GGuest UserMy friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

The upper left is Dongbi Village, and the next right is the center of Sansha Town. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. I especially like the large swimming pool terrace for leisure and daze. The service is in place and the hygiene is also very good. Special breakfast is very good, one person, one local special noodles paste, and the price is very high, the boss recommended to catch the sea people to go fishing, the experience is good, the sea goods can be processed by partners, next time you have the opportunity to stay again

IIMASLI booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!

GGuest UserComing from Jiaxing by car, parking is very convenient! The hotel is newly renovated and I booked two rooms with slightly different decorations, 12 large rooms and an integrated basin. 13 long, slightly narrow toilet, counter basin. Overall it's clean, comfortable and very cost-effective. Accommodation on the 6th floor and breakfast on the 7th floor. Good environment!
