A Pleasant Stay **Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness! **Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

We traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

It was a great accommodation experience. Because we avoided holidays, it felt like ”only serving our family”. The restaurant does not provide catering, but the two lunches were either food stalls ordered by the proprietress or home-cooked dishes made by the blind date, and the prices were reasonable. For breakfast, they specially asked us for time to prepare sweet potato porridge. In the end, if we left something behind, we even helped mail it back. It's pet friendly. We have an injured puppy at home and the lady boss is very nice to her. We booked a room on the 4th floor with a terrace and tatami mats. It was very new and clean, and my parents were full of praises. To be honest, our family travels around Fujian. Basically, we stay in many sea view B&Bs every year. Most of the B&B owners are very enthusiastic. If we compare the rooms, this one is also quite outstanding❤️

The room is good, it is a sea view room, you can see the sea, the hotel is above the observation deck, the location is excellent, on the roadside, the facilities are complete, clean and the service is very good! In the evening, I walked to the foot of the mountain and suddenly rained heavily. I was depressed and didn't know how long it would take for the rain to stop. I told the boss that we were trapped by the rain. The boss immediately asked us to stay in place and waited for him to drive us back to the hotel. Thank you very much for the help of the boss, which has added a strong human touch to our tourism in Dongbi Village!

This is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

Room Type: Sea View King Room. You can enjoy the sea view from your room, and the sunset over Xiapu is a sight to behold. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart home technology and language assistance. The disposable toilet seat covers are adorable little pandas. Service: Very warm and attentive, offering recommendations for nearby snacks and travel tips. Surroundings: The viewing platform is right across the street, the best spot for sunset viewing. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy! The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station. Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

I booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!

I spent a long time choosing this B&B on the platform for my trip to Xiapu and stayed there for four nights. The B&B has a superior location, high cost-effectiveness, and the most beautiful sunset mudflats. You can enjoy the high and low tides and the beautiful sunset while sitting in the room. You can walk directly to the beach to catch seafood after leaving the courtyard. It is also very convenient to call a car to go to other places on weekdays. The B&B is very clean as a whole, with a small courtyard. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the supporting facilities are complete. The lady boss of the B&B is very straightforward and provides warm and thoughtful service. Not only did she provide us with tour routes for reference, but she also helped us contact the car and even cooked for us herself after a busy day. She made us a delicious seafood dinner. I would like to say thank you again to the lady boss! The trip to Xiapu ended perfectly, and I will stay here again next time!

The team came out for team building. After looking at the platform for a long time, I finally decided to book Xipo Bay. The main factors considered were location, room size and cost-effectiveness. This hotel completely fits the bill. The price and environment are not bad, and it can be used on the terrace. Seeing the beautiful sunset, the boss was also very enthusiastic and helped us with everything. He also recommended suitable restaurants. The breakfast was very exquisite. I will continue to check in next time I come with my family.
