I usually steer clear of guesthouses, preferring the standardized management of hotels, even though I know many boast unique charm. However, on this trip to Dongbi, where guesthouses were the only option, both establishments, especially Fengchui Banxia, completely overturned my preconceived notions – I was thoroughly impressed! The guesthouse is situated right next to the popular Shijianhai, making its views and location absolutely prime. It's also exceptionally well-maintained, feeling a bit like the hotel-style management you'd find in Wuzhen, but with a much warmer, more personal touch. On the first-floor bar, there's a complimentary selection of Sprite, Coke, and Fanta. While it's a small detail, returning from a day out and being able to grab an ice-cold can from the fridge to beat the heat is incredibly pleasant and satisfying! Another thoughtful detail for us was that both beds were spacious 1.5-meter doubles. The room itself was large, bright, and impeccably clean! Five stars!

It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it's a destination where comfort, beauty, and warm service come together to create unforgettable memories. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast, this is the perfect choice. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t wait to return.

Qianxun is a charming island guesthouse brimming with warmth and hospitality! It's perfectly located and super convenient for getting around. The rooms are well-equipped and spotless, and the balcony offers a breathtaking view, with the entire ocean stretching out before you. What truly impressed us was the owner's genuine enthusiasm – they weren't overly formal and went out of their way to help with any request we had. In their free time, they took us fishing, mudflat foraging, and hiking, showing us some of the island's hidden gems. They also chatted with us and thoughtfully recommended authentic local restaurants. The food at the guesthouse was delicious, and the freshly baked bread deserves a special shout-out – it was such a pleasant surprise to find such tasty bread on an island! We traveled with our child, and the owner was incredibly considerate, happily chatting and playing with our little one, which made the whole trip relaxed and incredibly therapeutic. There was no commercial distance; it felt like we'd made a kind friend on the island. I highly recommend Qianxun to anyone visiting Beizang Island! We stayed for three nights, and if we didn't have other plans, we definitely would have extended our stay for a few more days.

They don't charge a cleaning fee for pets, and there's an elevator, which made moving luggage very convenient. Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade. The living room on the fourth floor offered great views for both sunrise and sunset. The auntie was very welcoming, and the fishball noodles she cooked for breakfast were absolutely delicious 😋. It's not far from Xiaohao Beach. You can borrow an electric scooter to ride there, or even a leisurely walk isn't tiring.

I traveled all the way to Kasumigaura with my dog ​​and chose to stay here. The B&B facilities are very new and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is the sea view of Kasumigaura, and the location is excellent. The location of the B&B is right in Dongbi Village, making it very convenient to go out for fun and eat.

Plus, it's a first-row beachfront property, offering the best views of the sea and sunset. The guesthouse itself is a bit old but reasonably well-maintained. The best part is the room with double floor-to-ceiling windows – absolutely stunning for photos! It would be even more perfect if it wasn't a tatami bed, though. See pictures below!

The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room have a panoramic view of the scenery outside the window. The breakfast is Chinese breakfast. The nutrition and health are pleasing to the eye. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. I booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!
