"The breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel service was very attentive; they even brought us fruit and snacks. Parking was convenient, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor flaw was that the air freshener in the hotel was a bit too strong for my liking, though that might not bother everyone. When we checked out, the customer service staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. Environment: You can see the beautiful Wangjiahe River from the floor-to-ceiling window. There is a BBK shopping center within 1 km of the surrounding area, and 3 well-known Hunan restaurant chains. Buffet breakfast: Western pastries are very cherry blossom-colored, and I couldn't help but eat two more pieces. In short, with children, food, accommodation and transportation are all taken care of. "Firstly, parking is very convenient, with an underground parking garage and an arcade level parking lot. Secondly, we stayed on the 13th floor, which was relatively high and quiet. The facilities were also relatively new, and the shower water pressure was high. There's a decent Cantonese restaurant about 300 meters away; the food was acceptable. The only downside was the overpowering fragrance throughout the hotel. The room was fine, but the lobby and hallways were overwhelmingly scented. Breakfast was fairly plentiful, and three different pillows were provided."

"I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved."

"The waterscape atrium is beautifully designed, the parent-child room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, cute children's toothbrushes, a projector, tea sets, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, and the lady in the lobby is also very warm and thoughtful. A simple breakfast can be provided, but we didn't eat it because we wanted to experience local snacks. A snack bag is also provided. I forgot to take a photo of the entire room. There is a big bed + a small bed + a long tea table. The small bed is a folding bed. It's very spacious to live with children, and the children like it very much."

"This is quite a decent hotel in town, however, its not really a pedestrain street. We are happy with the hotel and the food in the restaurant is good. The best thing we like about this hotel is they have the bathroom slippers all sanitised and wrapped up. We also like the set up in our room represents great value and the mini bar is free."

It's only a few hundred meters from the core scenic area of Yueyang Tower, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. Excellent local dining options are also right nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, patiently answering all our questions and providing great recommendations for food and travel itineraries. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!"

"The overall evaluation is quite satisfactory. Out of 10, I'd give it 9 to 9.5. The two room types originally booked were quite average, and the hotel upgraded them free of charge and also arranged adjoining rooms. This is better. I hope I can stick to this habit if the housing situation allows. The overall hygiene of the room is fine, the toilet in the bathroom is very clean, and it is an electronic toilet, which is very convenient to use, but you can consider putting one or two packs of toilet traps, which would be better. The room terrace has a great environment and is located in a holiday park, so I took some nice photos. The bedding in the room is relatively clean and soft. The pillow has a slight odor, but it does not affect the use (it is my personal factor and I am more concerned about it. It is recommended to dry it in the sun). The room was a little lacking. There is a bathtub in the room with blinds, but the window pieces are bent, probably damaged by other customers. There is a gap when closing it. It is recommended to maintain and replace it regularly. The room is still soundproof. Maybe it’s because there’s too much glass. The staff are generally friendly. The small car is also convenient. Recommended stay."
