"The staff are very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, clean, and new (or newly renovated), and the location is central and easy to walk or DiDi from We stayed one night in a regular room and one night in the room with the tub. The tub is humongous! Easily fits 2 people lying straight. Included in options for free tea service is a pot of their local specialty, yellow tea, which is nice to try, or you can pick some milk teas and desserts. The teas are good, the desserts and breakfast was just okay. There are food stalls and restaurants everywhere though, so you can just eat out or takeout and bring to your room to eat. Overall amazing place to stay while in YueYang!"

"The hotel location is close to Yueyang Tower! Eating and shopping nearby are convenient! There is free parking! The room is clean and the front desk is friendly. Recommended by a friend and very satisfied!"

"The waterscape atrium is beautifully designed, the parent-child room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, cute children's toothbrushes, a projector, tea sets, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, and the lady in the lobby is also very warm and thoughtful. A simple breakfast can be provided, but we didn't eat it because we wanted to experience local snacks. A snack bag is also provided. I forgot to take a photo of the entire room. There is a big bed + a small bed + a long tea table. The small bed is a folding bed. It's very spacious to live with children, and the children like it very much."

"Our first stop during the Spring Festival was Yueyang. When we checked in, the front desk gave us a small gift and a breakfast voucher. The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all good, and it was very convenient to eat there. There were Pizza Hut, KFC, and Luckin Coffee downstairs. Our family arrived in Yueyang at 10 pm on the second day of the ***** New Year. Many restaurants were closed, but luckily the KFC downstairs was still open."

"Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room was equipped with black and green tea and multiple bottles of water, which is very friendly to tea drinkers. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. Environment: You can see the beautiful Wangjiahe River from the floor-to-ceiling window. There is a BBK shopping center within 1 km of the surrounding area, and 3 well-known Hunan restaurant chains. Buffet breakfast: Western pastries are very cherry blossom-colored, and I couldn't help but eat two more pieces. In short, with children, food, accommodation and transportation are all taken care of. The impression of Yueyang has improved a few points because of this hotel"

"I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved."

"For business trips, this hotel's laundry room and gym are absolutely essential! The laundry room has two washers and two dryers, and even provides detergent – it's spotless. The gym is open 24/7, with enough treadmills and strength equipment to get a good workout in. The lobby offers free business computers and printing services, which is a thoughtful touch. You need a key card for the elevators, so security is well-covered. The omelets and salads at breakfast were fresh. There are plenty of shopping malls nearby with lots of dining options, and it's a comfortable twenty-minute walk to Yueyang Tower, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. All in all, it's excellent value for money and will be my top choice for future business trips."

The location is excellent, the surrounding traffic is in all directions, and it is very close to various business districts and enterprises. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, the room facilities are complete, the bed is comfortable, you can relax after a busy day, the service is intimate and meticulous, the overall experience is full, and the field business trip is recommended."

"Parking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! It's close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The service at the front desk is good. Because there was too much traffic on the roadside and it would affect our sleep, they took the initiative to change us to a quiet room😊"

The only minor flaw was that the air freshener in the hotel was a bit too strong for my liking, though that might not bother everyone. When we checked out, the customer service staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied."
