"The waterscape atrium is beautifully designed, the parent-child room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, cute children's toothbrushes, a projector, tea sets, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, and the lady in the lobby is also very warm and thoughtful. A simple breakfast can be provided, but we didn't eat it because we wanted to experience local snacks. A snack bag is also provided. I forgot to take a photo of the entire room. There is a big bed + a small bed + a long tea table. The small bed is a folding bed. It's very spacious to live with children, and the children like it very much."

"I read so many reviews before booking and finally settled on this one. The location is fantastic, right next to Yueyang Tower Scenic Area, and you step right out to Dongting Lake. I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, the front desk offered an upgrade to a lake-view room for an extra charge, which I immediately took. It turns out it was totally worth it! The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Dongting Lake directly, offering an incredible view. You can watch the sunset right from your bed – it's absolutely stunning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace are both very appealing, and there's even a swimming pool on the third floor. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and gave me some snacks. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and Yueyang Tower is just a few minutes' walk away. My experience this time was excellent; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Yueyang."

"Firstly, super duper conveniently located just outside Yueyang station, less than 1 minute walk. Secondly, I’m a fan of the interior design/details. Pure elegance. For my basic room, it’s like a suite with partition of spaces! And that doesn’t come with any compromise on the comfort: the mattress was elastic and of moderate hardness, and come with two different pillows (one fat, one flat), which I absolutely love!

Thirdly, it’s equipped with decent laundry room and gym room (up to 15kg dumbbells). Fourthly, despite being near to train station, the room was either kept almost smoke-free or treated very well. No cigarette smell most of the time—except each midnight there would be some cigarette leaked in from the bathroom."

"The room was very clean, and the price was affordable. The front desk lady was beautiful and kind. The hotel is conveniently located near Baling Square, close to Jiehekou City Gate and Yueyang Tower. Public transportation is also readily available nearby, making it easy to get to the train station and high-speed rail station. After dinner, a stroll along the lake, watching the golden reflections of the sunset, was absolutely stunning."

"The room was spacious with automatic curtains, and the bathroom was separate. There was also a sofa, which was nice. I was very satisfied with the service; I requested laundry service online, and the cleaning staff came right away—very thoughtful, and there's also a drying service. Every evening, there's complimentary late-night porridge and other snacks. The hotel also offers free coffee and popcorn. Highly recommended!"

"Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room was equipped with black and green tea and multiple bottles of water, which is very friendly to tea drinkers. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. Environment: You can see the beautiful Wangjiahe River from the floor-to-ceiling window. There is a BBK shopping center within 1 km of the surrounding area, and 3 well-known Hunan restaurant chains. Buffet breakfast: Western pastries are very cherry blossom-colored, and I couldn't help but eat two more pieces. In short, with children, food, accommodation and transportation are all taken care of. The impression of Yueyang has improved a few points because of this hotel"

"1️⃣ The staff were attentive and helpful. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone greeted me and showed me the charging stations. The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements. 2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. "The service was great, and I generally had a good experience. The only issue was the parking, which was incredibly inconvenient. I parked right outside, and my car got scratched! 😭 I hope they can provide designated parking spots to make it easier for guests."
