"The staff are very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, clean, and new (or newly renovated), and the location is central and easy to walk or DiDi from We stayed one night in a regular room and one night in the room with the tub. The tub is humongous! Easily fits 2 people lying straight. Included in options for free tea service is a pot of their local specialty, yellow tea, which is nice to try, or you can pick some milk teas and desserts. The teas are good, the desserts and breakfast was just okay. There are food stalls and restaurants everywhere though, so you can just eat out or takeout and bring to your room to eat. Overall amazing place to stay while in YueYang!"

"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements. 2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. "Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room was equipped with black and green tea and multiple bottles of water, which is very friendly to tea drinkers. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. Environment: You can see the beautiful Wangjiahe River from the floor-to-ceiling window. There is a BBK shopping center within 1 km of the surrounding area, and 3 well-known Hunan restaurant chains. Buffet breakfast: Western pastries are very cherry blossom-colored, and I couldn't help but eat two more pieces. In short, with children, food, accommodation and transportation are all taken care of. The impression of Yueyang has improved a few points because of this hotel"

"I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved."

"Traveling with my parents and child, choosing this hotel was the right decision! The lobby is very spacious, and my child was excited and ran around as soon as we entered (the staff even gave them a small toy). The service was superb; the front desk patiently answered all our questions and even recommended sightseeing routes suitable for seniors. What put my mind at ease the most was that the elevator requires a key card, so I didn't have to worry about the safety of my parents and child going up and down by themselves. For breakfast, my parents enjoyed the Chinese porridge and pastries, while my child loved the waffles and juice – the whole family was satisfied. The hotel has a free self-service laundry room, which was very convenient for washing and drying clothes, especially since we changed frequently in the summer. My parents even tried out the treadmill in the gym. It's easy to get a taxi nearby, and it's only a ten-minute drive to Yueyang Tower. There's also a pharmacy and a fruit shop downstairs. Thanks to the hotel for giving us a perfect family trip memory!"

"Originally stayed in a standard double room, just entered the room to go to the toilet and found the gecko, scared to death. Then contact the front desk to deal with it, immediately change the room, solve the processing very fast. New hotel, still have to pay attention to all aspects, 10 minutes by taxi from Yueyang Railway Station, breakfast is not bad. There is a bus stop on the left side of the door, and there is also a direct road to Yueyang Building and Panda Garden. There is also a barbecue near Sihua Construction.
