"My husband and I stayed at this Sheraton in Zibo for the first time. It's quite central, right next to a big mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient. It's also close to the Eight Bureaus snack street. The hotel breakfast was good, and being on a high floor, the view was absolutely stunning. The facilities were also pretty decent."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"The front desk staff and housekeepers were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They patiently explained and recommended great local spots and travel tips. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste – highly recommended! My only minor complaint is that the elevator from the underground parking had a strong fishy smell (perhaps because it's near a wet market). It would be great if they could find a way to address that."

"I periodically visit Zibo, and for this trip, I once again stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I left a message on Ctrip requesting the same 15th-floor room as last time. The duty manager, Yu Qinran, was still responding to my request at 11:30 PM and confirmed she would specially reserve it for me. She also thoughtfully prepared the two buckwheat pillows I requested. Everything was well-organized, the price was reasonable, and the service was 100% on point. The breakfast staff was also great. As a vegetarian, the juicer on the 5th-floor restaurant was my main focus. The female staff member there helped me get carrots and cucumbers multiple times. She even used my cup to make an espresso and brought it to my table, which saved me a lot of time. This is practically my second home! I can't praise it enough; this is truly genuine feedback."

The hair dryer is very similar to Dyson. The wind is very strong. The toothpaste is also better than the previous one. The taste is fragrant and pleasant. The bedding is delicate and the pillow is also your own. The brand is more comfortable to sleep. The lounge on the first floor is very well designed. The tables and chairs are very high-end. The books are very rich. According to the unified color system, the details are full. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The first choice for business trips is the whole season. This is a very good hotel in the whole season."

"We stay in the tatami room and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have had in a Chinese hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, lots to do in the area. Free parking off the street. Very reasonable price. However, you do get what you pay for. The room was old and a little cold. The bathroom was old, although clean. We had to run the airconditioner to heat up the room, which did work well, but then it was quite dry. Overall, it was fine and what we expected the for price."

"This is a great hotel, excellent value for money. Food deliveries are contactless, brought by a robot. The smart toilet seats are heated. There are even Zibo travel guides next to the elevator, which is a thoughtful touch. After a long day out, we called the front desk and asked for a foot bath to soak our feet. The bed was also very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends."

The common areas were tidy and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful ambiance. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice, and I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!"
