"Stayed at the Sheraton Zibo with my two kids for one night, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is convenient, with MixC downstairs and Badaju within walking distance. This was a huge plus, as traveling with kids means you want to avoid any unnecessary hassle. The room was spacious enough for both children to move around comfortably, and it was clean. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, so the whole family slept well. The front desk staff were very accommodating when they saw we had children during check-in, and they were quick to respond to our needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zibo."

"The front desk staff and housekeepers were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They patiently explained and recommended great local spots and travel tips. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste – highly recommended! My only minor complaint is that the elevator from the underground parking had a strong fishy smell (perhaps because it's near a wet market). It would be great if they could find a way to address that."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"Booked this hotel for the holidays. The front desk staff, Xiaoyu, proactively upgraded our room when she saw I was traveling with my parents. The room faced the sun, so it got great natural light during the day. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, ending at 11 AM, which was perfect for sleeping in and then grabbing a meal. Overall, a superb experience!"

The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offer an amazing view of the city nightscape. The room was spacious and spotless, with a modern, light luxury decor. The bathroom had a modern design with a separate wet and dry area. The service was warm and attentive, especially from the two lovely and professional ladies at the front desk, who even upgraded my room. They also gave me a souvenir when I left, showing great attention to detail. It's close to Mixc World, Muyangcun BBQ, and the Liuli Museum. The breakfast was surprisingly rich, featuring local Zibo specialties like xiaohuashao (small flatbreads), wontons, and Boshan smoked sausage, all freshly made on the spot. "I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."

It is located at the north gate of the ancient commercial city, just four or five shops inside, very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy. We lived on the first floor. When we opened the curtains, we could see the garden view, which made us feel comfortable. The young man and sister at the front desk were warm and attentive, and the children were reluctant to leave.

Moshang Qingya Hotel, just like its name, is tasteful, cultured, and very artistic – I absolutely love it! It's a newly opened hotel with a Song Dynasty-inspired decor. The service is incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast is extensive, and they even offer supper. They also gave us a complimentary souvenir. Parking is convenient, making it a top choice for road trips. The location is excellent, with serene surroundings. Plus, there's a fantastic barbecue place nearby called Lao Zheng Jia BBQ. I'd highly recommend it to friends; Moshang Qingya is definitely my first choice when traveling.

The hotel is in a good location, the travel is particularly convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is very stable. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a large bay window perfect for enjoying tea and the night view outside. The best part was that it's pet-friendly. The whole process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was very smooth, and the owner was lovely. This hotel offers such great value for money, everyone should come and stay! They provide disposable towel sets and individually wrapped disposable cups. In the twin room, each bed was very wide, big enough for an adult and a child with plenty of room to spare. I'd suggest to the owner to add a shower curtain; it would make cleaning easier and more convenient.

The hotel was a great experience, with comprehensive facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked noodles and a delicious broth. The dining environment was particularly pleasant. Parking was convenient, with ample spaces, and the surrounding area was close to restaurants and shopping. The room was quite large, and we received a free upgrade. The service was friendly and helpful, with recommendations for nearby barbecue spots. There was also a comfortable single sofa in the room, and free coffee was provided upon check-in. The location was easy to find, with a large intersection right outside the door and a park across the street. I didn't go there, but it looked quite large. The hotel has a sightseeing elevator, and you can see the scenery from both the elevators. Overall, the hotel was quite comfortable, and the corridors were very quiet. I'd stay here again next time.

This hotel is great! The location is excellent, close to Badaju, Mixc Mall, and Ginza. Food deliveries can come right up to your room. The room is spacious. Although there isn't a power outlet right next to the bed, they provide an extension cord, which is a thoughtful touch. They deliver a plate of fruit every day, which is a nice treat. The shower has great water pressure, making for a refreshing wash! 😁
