"If you’re looking for a convenient stay just ten minutes from Heathrow Airport, this hotel is a solid choice. While the property could benefit from an update, the lobby entrance is bright and welcoming, giving a good first impression. The bathrooms need deeper cleaning, as the grouting showed some dark spots that detracted from the overall feel. Similarly, the rooms would benefit from a refresh to match the comfort of the public areas. On the positive side, the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There’s a handy machine in the lobby that lets you call and pay for an Uber in multiple languages — I used it several times and found it very convenient. Although the train station isn’t far, I opted for the bus service right across the street, which made local travel easy. There’s not much within walking distance, and taxis into central London can be pricey, so this hotel works best as a short‑stay option before or after a flight. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to rest for a couple of nights. If your priority is proximity to the airport and friendly service, I’d recommend it."
