"The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Cost with Uber about €30 there is also bus. The rooms are clean, large and the service waste great. Lovely bed. The room has kettle and fridge which is helpful. Short walk from the harbour and sights which was nice in evening before sleep. Bed comfortable. Overall high standard feeling. Breakfast and meals can be had in surrounding area, do not lot of places wanted cash only which I found annoying and the costs of food and drink were much higher than expected. That is nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning as increased have been steep after introducing the Euro two years ago."

"Location was good as not far from the main train and bus station. Good communication beforehand from the manager asking me when I would be arriving and then providing details of the apartment and that it would be open with the key inside, so all worked well there. For a self catering style apartment no cooking facilities not a problem just thought there might be some, fridge, crockery and kettle in the room which were all good. Plenty of towels and bedding left for my stay. One thing was there was no communication about how to check out."

"Very good location, on the 14th floor of an office building, within a 15-minute walk from the train station, bus station, pier, and the ancient city. The room is very spacious and clean, and the view is very, very good (the level of the observation deck is second to none). But the problem is that the contact information of the hotel on Ctrip is wrong (it is the phone number of another company under Luxury, not this hotel), and the hotel does not have a front desk. It took me a long time to contact the hotel to check in. Picture 3 in the comments is the correct phone number."

"Very satisfied hotel! The location is super good, about 5 minutes walk to the port. The main attractions are all within a 10-minute walk. The sea view outside the window is very beautiful. Self-driving drivers greet the hotel one day in advance and reserve free parking spaces (we didn’t know in advance, so we didn’t use it. However, there are more parking lots around) The breakfast was quite satisfactory, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and would give a lot of help. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserWe had the most delightful time at the Apartments Cordis. The staff bent over backwards to help us with late check in, directions and recommendations. The pool was a real treat, usually all to ourselves and surrounded by fresh fruit growing and hanging over the pool. Our apartment was lovely, very cool from the A/C and filled with lots of of kind extra touches. The bed was brilliantly firm and so comfortable. The only downside to our stay was that the shower leaked into the bathroom a lot. The space between the toilet and shower was very small, not great for tall people. The floors needed more cleaning. And the WiFi was a bit patchy. The neighbourhood was conveniently located with a bus stop and shops 5 mins away. It’s close to the new beach and the centre of town. We enjoyed browsing in the Thrift store round the corner. All in all a great stay that I would repeat. Thank you

LLC678Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.

AAnonymous UserIt was cute, lady who owns it was really sweet and friendly. Provided us with extra towels and coffee. TV had Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc and Google (however when we opened it, there was explicit adult content left on there from previous guest... which was not nice!) Very clean and tidy premises. Only other downside for me is that you can't actually see out of the windows, they're covered by external barriers making it quite dark, and also a lot of loud noises early in the morning, very loud banging (like a hammer) and power tools. Otherwise, good location, not too far from tourist areas and very nice staff.

PPikachuuuuuuThe room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

AAdamsKateThe location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. The room and view were lovely, but when I moved a rug there were bugs crawling under it. The pool and spa looked amazing but we didn't have time to go so I can't say much more than that. The breakfast was top notch, amazing, lots of delicious options for every person -- spoilt for choice. Loved the amphora displays in the lobby.

XXianguoguodaixiBooking in advance is super cost-effective, the service staff is very good, the room service helped me fold the pajamas. Parking lot for 10 euros a day, driving to the old city is almost 3-4㎞, don't stop randomly or you may get revenge! On the first day, I couldn’t get in and parked at the hotel. I stopped at the hotel parking lot next to the two vacant seats. I stopped for half an hour. I checked in and saw that the wiper was maliciously lifted up by someone. 😓

AAobfoodieGreat location, view was amazing and room was clean and nice furniture ! -Staff was very absent and you need a key to get in the hotel and in room. we forgot our key in our room and realised after dinner around 11pm and even though staff should be in hotel until 3am : no one was there . We had to contact by phone only but being Canadian we didn’t have a working phone . We almost slept outside. . We got help from neighbour restaurant. - staff supposed to start again at 7 am ; we left at 8 without checking out as again there was no one . - my daughter got her EarPods stolen in our room we could locate them with the Apple app and could see exactly where they were . Again no staff at all in hotel to tell them cleaning person stole. (We are SURE 100% they were stolen as they didn’t leave the room we never brought electronics with us anywhere and the location they were at was 7km away from hotel where we had never been. - they offer steaming service, I wanted to use it but they told my it took 1 week to fet my clothing back .. we were there for 4 days. Staff offered to bring a steamer to my room so I could do it myself . They never brought it… -there was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor but we only found out about it on our last night . - we wanted to go to a beach and the staff said it was a 45 min walk and that’s only way to go. We walked . Finally when we got there .. we could have takes a trolley for 3euro …. We took it to come back. -

MMedirattaThe hotel is basically located on the 3rd floor of a semi functional mall. The location is great and at walking distance from all major attractions on the beach line of Split. Eateries, bakeries, places to shop are all at walking distance. The location is also a short walk from the major bus station where you can get buses for the airport. The triple room was huge and we'll maintained. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. The variety and quality of the vanity in the bathroom needs to be improved in my suggestion.
