"This is a very standard business hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since the main tourist attractions are all in the city center, they are only a 5-10 minute drive away. I really like this hotel. The breakfast is especially rich and standard European. If I visit Paris again, I will choose this hotel again because it offers excellent value for money."

"I stayed in Bari to visit Alberobello. It's on the opposite side of the Old Town, but it's conveniently located near Bari Centrale. The security was just a password for the hostel entrance, but it was fine for a one-night stay. The bedding and towels were clean."

"I booked this hotel for our last night of our 2 weeks holiday in Puglia. Next morning we were heading to Rome on early train. So the hotel is located perfectly. The hotel was clean and room was small but has essential things for your needs. Sound proof could be better. The breakfast was included and was good. They offered us for a welcome drink session, but we couldn’t join in due to our schedule. Overall great choice for a night near train station."

"This hotel is perfectly located for those planning to explore the region by train. It's also fine if you're driving, but parking costs €32 per day. It's clean, tidy, and very modern. Everything feels new and high-quality. Breakfast is good; nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. Regarding the front desk, the service depends on who's on shift. When I checked in, the young man was an absolute sweetheart! Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The woman, however, was quite negative about my English mistakes, which I don't think is necessary. I told her I was cold in my room, and she ignored it. When checking out, I mentioned I had a package in the freezer and another in the fridge. She brought just one from the freezer. I clarified that there was also one in the fridge, and then she brought the second. Dear employee, a little more warmth and hospitality would be appreciated. If working with different people isn't your thing, maybe consider another profession? Nonetheless, the hotel impressed me. I haven't seen such a modern hotel in Italy for a very long time, and the price was fair. The beds are super comfortable! The mattresses and pillows are amazing. One suggestion: make it possible to set the AC temperature a little higher for heating, and address the issue where the AC turns off as soon as you remove the key. This means that when you return in cold weather, the room takes a very long time to warm up. Also, because of this, slippers in the room would be great, as the floor gets icy cold. Despite these minor issues, I would happily return. This hotel is one of the best in Bari!"

"It is a room on the 3rd floor in the flat with 6 rooms and two shared bathrooms. I missed informatiin about shared bathrooms and please pay attention on it. I occupied room number 3 .It was not big, but clean and convenient. It consists of air conditioner, which works very good, tv, small fridge and shellfs for clothes, table, kettle and small coffee machines with few tea bags and coffee capsuled. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Window were opened in the inner yard, not to the outside. Bathrooms were clean, they were cleaned by cleaner on daily basis. I got pack of towels-3 pieces. I stayed in this flat for 7 nights, towels were changed once per the whole period, for free. They have reception on the other Street, not far from property, if you want to pay for something by cash. I came late at night, in the entrance day I got link, by which I opened entrance door and also door to the flat. Near my room there was a black bok with keyd from my room and also from entrance door and door to the flat. Helpdesk is avaulable from 9 to 21 every day, they are answering questions fast and friendly. I asked for late check out, but it is possible to order it only till 1.30 PM, if you need to leave later, need to purchase the full night. Thanks a lot for owner and staff, all was perfect! Shared bathroom for me is not the best choice, but it was my mistake that I missed it in deception ... Location is very convenient, near old town and centrun. 10 mins on foot to reach Basilica of St Nicola. Many thanks 🙏"

"Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options."

"The hotel was close to the airport along with complement transportation to the airport. There is an outstanding pizzeria near by and the selection was great along with the quality. We stayed for one night to be near the airport to catch a very early flight in Bari."

"The hotel is new, so the service is still poor. When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this. The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable. It is very noisy with the window open. We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast. The cleaners do not understand English. For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom. These are the minuses. Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi."
