They were very responsive and friendly. Apartment 1st floor entrance password Front door password (this is the floor number) House door password (not the floor number) They give you three things: Enter the front door password, and there's another place to enter the house password. There's no desk, but they're easy to contact via text message. They also offer luggage storage. Koreans, please take note! The water provided is free. For breakfast, we went to a cafe that provided a list of options, and they gave us one bread and one cappuccino per person. The cafe staff were friendly, and there was no seat charge for sitting down. The accommodations will provide you with the options, so please refer to that. The cappuccino with choux pastry was delicious! We arrived at the accommodation at 10:30 PM, and the street looked unsafe. The security was good.

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options. The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

This hotel, which just opened in 2025, is located in the city center, within walking distance of attractions and shopping areas. The staff were very welcoming. I wasn't feeling well on the day of my departure, so they allowed me to check out late at 3 PM without any extra charges. The hotel's decor is in a simple Nordic style, elegant and sophisticated. The breakfast was also very good. The only drawback was that the shower floor drainage was not smooth.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the train station and on Bari's busiest pedestrian street, but the soundproofing is good so it's fairly quiet. Learning from the previous two experiences, this time I contacted the merchant a few hours in advance to submit the self-service check-in and get the password. I had a breakfast voucher, but I didn't take it because I had to catch a bus the next morning.

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

GGuest UserIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back
