This hotel is perfectly located for those planning to explore the region by train. It's also fine if you're driving, but parking costs €32 per day. It's clean, tidy, and very modern. Everything feels new and high-quality. Breakfast is good; nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. Regarding the front desk, the service depends on who's on shift. When I checked in, the young man was an absolute sweetheart! Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The woman, however, was quite negative about my English mistakes, which I don't think is necessary. I told her I was cold in my room, and she ignored it. When checking out, I mentioned I had a package in the freezer and another in the fridge. She brought just one from the freezer. I clarified that there was also one in the fridge, and then she brought the second. Dear employee, a little more warmth and hospitality would be appreciated. If working with different people isn't your thing, maybe consider another profession? Nonetheless, the hotel impressed me. I haven't seen such a modern hotel in Italy for a very long time, and the price was fair. The beds are super comfortable! The mattresses and pillows are amazing. One suggestion: make it possible to set the AC temperature a little higher for heating, and address the issue where the AC turns off as soon as you remove the key. This means that when you return in cold weather, the room takes a very long time to warm up. Also, because of this, slippers in the room would be great, as the floor gets icy cold. Despite these minor issues, I would happily return. This hotel is one of the best in Bari!

Modern, well-equipped cosy place with spacious rooms. We enjoyed the balcony, the room with high ceiling, decent and fresh breakfast, helpful personnel. The area is quiet with a 5-minute walk to all attractions, old city, etc.

One of the best hotel in Bari. Location is good but what is best is the view of the hotel! Been there a few times but this trip has to be the best experience ~

Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En lekker ontbijt met vers fruit is een prima begin van een mooie dag. Onze kamer was wat klein maar van allle gemakken voorzien, fijn douche en stille airco en niet onbelangrijk een heerlijk bed, zodat we uitgerust van al het moois in puglia konden genieten

Hotel health is OK, the bathroom is large, but the room is too small, the 28-inch suitcase is basically unable to spread, the four-star star is high. The room is not soundproof, the other rooms open and close the door too loud, basically listening clearly.

Only the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff are good. Very noisy room, breakfast with cake still to be defrosted...spa practically non-existent... Well...just barely enough...
