"the staff were great! they gave us a room with an amazing view of mt fuji on a high floor!! breakfast was healthy and delicious too! just a minus cus location was a little out of the way, it wasn’t very convenient for locals when we took the public bus (SUPER SMALL) with 2 medium size luggages. had to book an uber to go back to the station cus it was raining"

"Fuji, a city steeped in industrial history, feels a bit worn and aged, much like this hotel, reflecting its old industrial past. The front desk handed me the key to my room. The bathroom was tiny, but the service was good. I actually think this is one of the better hotels in Fuji. They even have an observation deck on the 4th floor of the south building with a distant view of Mount Fuji. It's also conveniently located near both Fuji Station and Shin-Fuji Station."

"I've stayed here a few times before, and the female staff at the front desk have always been excellent. However, the male staff member this time really needs to improve his attitude. The more you treat customers differently, the more trouble you'll create for yourself, honestly. It's also quite petty. Unless a customer is truly difficult, it's understandable, but if a customer is polite and you still treat them differently, it just shows a lack of professionalism on your part, nothing else."

"This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions."

"Relatively new hotel. Located next to main highway, only problem with driving is having to make a long way along the highway to u turn, otherwise pleasant place to stay. Breakfast average. Onsen average."

"I visit Fujicity for business twice a year, and this is always my go-to hotel. It's conveniently located near my workplace. There's a great restaurant right next door (where you can also enjoy drinks), a convenience store just around the corner, and even a ramen shop nearby. The only minor drawback is its distance from Shin-Fuji Station."

"The location name in googlemaps is Fujimi Inn. They provide free alcohol corner for guest as well as so many soft drinks. We were very impressive. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also provide free parking spot at the restaurant parking lot on the opposite side of the road."

"The hotel is located directly on Honcho Main Street, offering a wonderful view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. It's also right next to the JR Shin-Fuji Station, but this is not the Shin-Fuji Station where the Shinkansen bullet train departs! (That one is a 25-minute walk away.) Check-in is easy, the staff is friendly, slippers, a towel, and a toothbrush/toothpaste are provided, and there's a refrigerator. Everything was clean."

"This is a traditional Japanese hotel with a long history. In addition to Japanese special rooms, there are shared shower/small hot springs, free massage chairs, refrigerator microwave and other facilities. Some rooms have windows to see Mount Fuji. The most important thing is the polite and meticulous service. This store can be experienced as part of a tourist attraction."
