This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions.

I visit Fujicity for business twice a year, and this is always my go-to hotel. It's conveniently located near my workplace. There's a great restaurant right next door (where you can also enjoy drinks), a convenience store just around the corner, and even a ramen shop nearby. The only minor drawback is its distance from Shin-Fuji Station.

It is not recommended to go. It seems that the lien institution of the Japanese epidemic is like a school or a shoe change room in a bath. Maybe the culture is different, but no matter what the planet is, you are the service industry. You run a hotel service. You have to feel at home, so it is not recommended to go! really!

В целом-то была очень большой удобно что туалет и ванная полностью раздельные также нормально работал кондиционер была микроволновка большая кровать, но рядом была караоке о котором на сайте trip.com не было ничего сказано и это бред полнейший почему я должна была терпеть пока кто-то веселиться всю ночь орёт очень громко в микрофон и так далее буквально в соседней двери я даже не знала как с этим бороться это было очень громко хозяин сказал что на сайте об этом написано но нет на самом деле об этом не было ничего написано на сайте

The hotel is conveniently located at the east exit Fuji Expressway. The hotel staff is really very enthusiastic and responsible. I took the wallet on the train on the Shinkansen. The hotel staff helped to call the Shinkansen. The magical thing was that the wallet was found. Two days later, I went to Tokyo to get the wallet back.

Very convenient hotel, not far from there are seven, restaurants, self-driving, about 5 minutes there is Ji'an, game store, very good!
