"The room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but that’s usually the case in most hotel bathtubs.
Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast."

"The room was pretty good and the view was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was quite limited, mainly Japanese and Western options. Since I stayed for four days and ate breakfast at the hotel every day, it felt very repetitive. It might be fine for a stay of one or two nights, but not for longer. The location is super convenient – it's only a five to six-minute walk to the nearest Don Quijote, and about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Dori. You can take the monorail to Makishi and then walk back to the hotel, enjoying some sightseeing along the way. It’s incredibly convenient."

"We stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very nice experience. The beds were comfy and they also gave us 3 pillows so we were able to make one of them a plushie. The shower room is always squeaky clean and the receptionist were so kind and friendly too. The breakfast is a little Japanese style so if you are used to American style, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you want to try Natto and Soba, don't bother going else, it's included in the hotel's breakfast menu. The location is very close to the airport and just 12 minutes away from the station, so the location is superb, not to mention if you rent a car, there are several parking lots in the area too."

"Facilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English.
Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there."

"This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away."

I loved the smell of the forest trees. At night, I could hear the sounds of insects, crickets, and frogs. It's a great place to find peace of mind. The air conditioning/heating worked well too. There's a local izakaya with good value for money about a 5-minute walk away. I walked there, but having a car might be more convenient.

Stayed here while visiting Okinawa Suntory Arena. You have to take a bus once due to the distance, but that's Okinawa, so there's no way around it. If your goal is Suntory Arena, it's a good location. It's run by the owner and his son, and it feels like a country home, so I liked the retro Okinawan southern country-style tatami room. The owner cooks in a table-like space in the yard, and it feels like Okinawan home cooking, so for beginners in Okinawa, you can try Okinawan cuisine without going anywhere else. If you're lucky, you can listen to a shamisen player played by another guest while eating. The shower facilities are like an old country house. You shouldn't expect luxury, but if you think of it as a guesthouse, you'll be very satisfied and have a good cost-effective stay. To the east are the ruins of Okinawa's old castle, to the west are Sunset Beach, Araha Beach, American Village, and Suntory Arena. Since there are no trains in Okinawa, you have to take the bus. If you look up the bus number on Google Maps and go, you won't fail most of the time. However, since Suica is not accepted in Okinawa, you have to pay cash.

I LOVEEEE THE ROOM sooo sooo much! Self Check-in is very easy just have to make sure that we checked in in advance from email they send us before actually go check-in. Just have to put pin code / scan QR code. very easy. One drawback is that the wall is pretty thin. I stay on the highest floor but still can hear outside noises but not so loud still acceptable. The area is close to everything too. Great location, Great place

Allocated a room next to the smoking area so could smell the smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room. Appreciated the guest parking. The traditional breakfast was okay except for some overnight(?) rice that cause me to choke. Overall, met my expectations.

If you choose to stay here, you must drive yourself. Parking spaces are free, but you have to try your luck to find a good parking spot. The hotel has an elevator, but you have to walk up a few stairs to get there. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable to sleep on~ Three suitcases can be spread out on the floor and can be walked normally. The toilet and shower are each separate and very convenient! There is a water dispenser for filling water~ It is really convenient to have a Family Mart downstairs! No staff will come to clean during the stay, so you need to tidy up by yourself

Location was a little hidden away, this place is basically not accessible without a car. The entrance road is a sharp turn right next to a highway, which makes it easy to miss. Overall, the hotel is dated but the facilities are well kept and is very clean. Good for the price, and don’t mind staying here again next time!

經經常去日本旅遊的人This business hotel is ideally located in the heart of Okinawa City. The most appreciated thing about it is the ample free parking and the nearby izakaya. While small, it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a hot spring bath, laundry facilities, and a lounge. The value for money is excellent! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for luggage and plenty of air conditioning!

Very clean and convenient Japanese style room with AC WiFi and shared bathroom. Quiet environment, however for light sleepers please know that there are no curtains for the window, only a small 障子. Which means that at sunrise the light penetrates a lot into the room. Aside from that 100% would recommen
