Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^ Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^"

The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. "Of the minuses: the hotel is old, there are no carpets in the corridors and, accordingly, you can hear literally everything, the door to the room is the same as the interior door. That is, none. The number needs updating. It was not possible to really sleep or rest, it was too noisy. The curtains are also ordinary, the light shines through the window in the morning. Pros: good breakfast; wonderful spa area and baths; wonderful staff!"
