A truly magical hotel. Situated in a park, the air is clean and fresh, and the atmosphere is absolutely tranquil. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The staff is polite and helpful (I could use a little English). The pool is clean, large, and very comfortable. The only downside is there's no English menu. Otherwise, we're very happy; we'd come back and recommend it to everyone.

I am so glad we go ahead and book this place. Its very near to Ulu Camii Mosque. Just cross the road and you will reach the mosque and we basically walk around to have our lunch and dinner. Mr Suphi is such a great help as he rendered us with our heavy luggage up the stairs. Hotel has a lift but our room is on the older side I think, so we have to go up this stairs above the lobby. Mr Suphi also assist us to get our laundry washed and return back to the hotel on time. Within the same day. Hotel also provides delicious turkish kind of breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome experience we had for our first time in Bursa.

It was super good. Very historical building and looks amazing. It was clean and cozy. And the service was vefy good. The address was not right so I needed to find it calling the hotel front. very convenient location, close to metro and a lot of bus routes, major sights can be easily reached by public transport or even walking the interior is classy, the staff is friendly highly recommended for 2-3 days only downside: being next to a tramline it might get noisy early in the morning

The hotel has private parking hence very comfortable for those who drive. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness and amenities were okay. We merely stay for one night and we have nothing to complain :) The breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast (as per pic) and i think that is acceptable for the price we pay.
