"I called ahead to say that we were gonna be late coming in and they said that the front desk would be open till 11. We got there at 10 o’clock and couldn’t find anybody in the office and couldn’t get to our room we had to stay at La Quinta and pay $305as an emergency could not reach anybody to respond to us for checking in."

"Amazing spot! Right in the hub of all the life in Durango! Great parking. The hotel itself was part of the visits fun. We walked around one night looking for something to do, but around 8PM things tend to close down in Durango but it turns out the hotel had to fun we were looking for. We walked back to the hotel and heard lively ragtime piano music coming from the hotels connected saloon. We walked in, found a chair, and cheered along with the rest of the crowd enjoying the music and stories of Adam Swanson."

"Clean and tidy, the staff is attentive and the people are very nice. Check-in is very fast and convenient. The bathroom bath water is big and hot and very comfortable.
Breakfast is relatively simple, muffins are made by themselves, it is hot, there are cakes and yogurt, cereal, apples, oranges, hot coffee, tea. Just be full."

"It was Satruday night and this motel was fully booked. I felt lucky that I booked a day earlier. The deal is unbeatable. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is nice. I can have no complaint. I would not consider any other place to stay except this one."

"The hotel is located at the US Highway 160 just a little away from the centre, quietly, but surrounded by a little spectacular mountain world. The Sleep Inn is located in a complex that it seems to be shared with the brand ”Mainstay”.
The room was very clean and quick. The room was in the usual sleeping-inn level: modernly furnished, everything very clean.
In the breakfast room it was very quiet at 7 a.m., the buffet offered the usual standard of whisky and sausage, toast and waffles. Not really good."

It was great for the price.. got to visit the small town of Durango went to purgatory see about the slopes and spend some quality time with my boyfriend which was very nice we needed that time alone thanks

While I can't complain about the price of this hotel. It did not live up to the expectations that I had. Location wise, it's near a fairly busy street and not only are the walls thin but there are gaps in the door so I heard every time a car passed by along with all of the commotion that happened outside.
Additionally, the photos that you see on the hotels website and reviews don't accurately portray what the hotel looks like in person. It feels like this hotel was attempted to be renovated and got halted somewhere in the middle.
