"The service was pretty good. The only service received really was check-in and check out as far as the hotel itself went. The food was pretty good. Breakfast at Rise for less than 15 bucks."

"Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends. "

"The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly, the facilities were acceptable but with some problems such as the coffee table and the dining table were shaky” which made them somewhat unstable and the door of the year damaged…things that can be solved. In terms of cleanliness, it was quite good, but the floor of the room had sand and was not completely clean. Comfortable and clean beds. Excellent location."

"Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details."

"The hotel is ok. Typical condo hotel, facilities and services can not be compared. Valet parking must be paid in advance and cannot be posted directly to the room, which is very tricky. Housekeeping service is also average, everything is hasty. There was an iron in the room but no ironing board. I called the hotel waiter to pick it up and waited a long time. 35 dollars a day of resort fee can not enjoy anything. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is cheap and close to the beach."

"The front desk was horrible they charged me twice on my debit when I gave in my credit card. I asked numerous times is this only for incidentals because I already paid for the room and they said yes. They charged me for the room again. At check out I gave them my credit card and they charged my debit. Terrible!!"

"Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy. Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way."

"Suites with living room, in addition to washing machines and dryers, other such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, etc. are all available, and there is a feeling of living at home. Check in too late at the front desk, but you can also make an appointment for self-check in in advance, which is convenient."

"The service was excellent. All the people at the front desk and the shuttle driver, we’re very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. I liked the location, because this hotel is on the end of a road and far from any highway, so I could sleep with out having to wear earplugs, as I have to do at a lot of the other hotels in the area."
