"For many years, I have enjoyed my stays at E.S. This facility did not measure up to the other E.B.'s I've stayed at. The employees were wonderful! The AC did not work well, the tiles in the bathroom had grout that was smeared on the tile, and the water flow from the bathroom sink was super low. I was very surprised, because this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in an E.B. stay. Again, the employees were super amazing, professional, and kind. One more thing, the pillows were not comfortable. Sorry! I think this is the first time I have ever posted anything negative about any business. Trust me, E.B. is normally AMAZING!"

"Lovely hotel although we had an accessible room overlooking the courtyard. The shower was not suitable for anyone over 5ft 4in as the shower head was at that height. The air con was very noisy. The curtains did not meet at the join and so people in the courtyard could see in through the slit/daylight comes in. Lastly the room had a funny smell. But the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Our second room was on the second floor overlooking the marina and the road. You could hear traffic noise and people walking around upstairs but lovely bathroom and very clean. The staff were all charming and couldn’t be more helpful. The location is great for wandering around Sausalito which is fabulous. You also get 15% off the Firestation cafe which was just gorgeous! I hear that the larger rooms are stunning."

"The rooms are spacious and the sink is outside the bathroom, so it is easy to use. However, the bathroom is narrow and the shower water pressure is too weak. The disadvantage is that the noise of guests walking upstairs is also severe. The backyard and swimming pool facilities directly connected from the first floor room are good, the nearby restaurants are close and recommended."

"A very good HHoliday Inn hotel in the San Francisco area. The service staff is friendly and you can check in early when rooms are available. The hotel has a lot of parking spaces, and it's free! The breakfast tacos are very delicious. I live on the first floor with a balcony and a yard, but there is water on the ground outside. The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the Golden Gate Bridge, but the Golden Gate Bridge charges about $9 to the south. Those who rent a car are best to use it online. Prepay the Goden bridge Toll by credit card."

"A distance from downtown San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge was reached in downtown. Very quiet, there is a small supermarket around the hotel. Free parking is available. The environment is superb, you can have a glass of wine in the open air, cut a steak, get up in the morning and run around in the morning, surrounded by tennis clubs, and stay at this hotel next time."

"Very good. The staff is very enthusiastic. The room is very clean. The breakfast is relatively simple but has a variety of options. Ctrip's room is next to the restaurant. It is a little noisy in the morning. If you mind, you can confirm the room location in advance."

"We arrived at around 10:00pm check in to our room and then I needed to use the restroom, come to find out we could not sit down on toilet because the seat was broken went to front off and told the manager on duty, he complained because it was 10:30, he finally said he would give us another room. Had to go back to original room and repack and move to new room. Got in new room and saw what was supposed to be comforters as blankets were really comforters with no filling, called tired to call front desk but the manager said we could not get additional blankets. Next time I will bring my own."
