The hospitality throughout our entire stay was exceptional, warm, attentive and heartfelt in a way that truly made this experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is something very special. Being the former house of Ferdinand de Lesseps, beautifully renovated and transformed into a boutique hotel, it carries so much character and history. Every corner feels cosy, elegant, and full of soul. The atmosphere is incredibly warm, and the overall vibe is simply magical. A big thank you to the entire team, everyone from the valets to reception, housekeeping, and both restaurant teams (inside the hotel and by the pool). Every single person contributed to making our stay seamless and enjoyable. "I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience at Palma Hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place had no respect for its guests. The staff, while polite, appeared disinterested and unhelpful, almost as if they were doing you a favor by being there. But the real issue was the manager – absolutely rude and incredibly narcissistic. I had a minor issue with my room, and instead of offering any real assistance or apology, the manager dismissed me with an eye roll and a condescending attitude. It was obvious they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I felt belittled and completely disrespected. The lack of empathy and professionalism was truly shocking. I really regret choosing Palma Hotel for my stay and would advise anyone to stay far away. There are so many better options in the area where you’ll actually feel welcome. Trust me, save your time and money – don’t waste either at this place! "

"I've stayed at this hotel before, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Is it possible for a hotel not to have towels? It can happen, but it takes two hours to bring them? What a shame."

"The newly opened hotels have golf courses, swimming pools, etc., and the decoration style is the latest trend. The room is large and has a separate cloakroom. Breakfast was also delicious. I actually ate ripe white guava fruits. It was the first time that guava fruits were delicious😋. The front desk service, room service, and lobby service are all very good, and the golf club staff are well dressed."

"This hotel is beautiful and breathtaking! It has an amazing pool and restaurants. However it is far from city center, it’s about 30-40 minutes away by taxi. It is a great spot for a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a couple days. The staff was super helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable!"
