"The customer and the front desk are very good. The hotel is located in the old town of Guayaquil. There is basically nothing around, but it is close to the riverside walk, close to the city hall and the park. But I am not interested in going, the surrounding area is relatively shabby and not safe, it is best not to go out. Stayed for two nights or changed to the rich area business district, safer and prosperous, travel is not recommended to live here."

"The Hilton Colón needs a renovation. They haven't done anything in 10 years, and improvements are already needed. The safe gave me problems, and I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as the raspberries had mold. Being able to make fresh fruit and vegetable juice is great. The power went out three times in one night, and the generator took a couple of minutes to start up. The airport shuttle works very well."
