"Conveniently located near UW, ideal for activities mainly involving visiting the university. Close to student dormitories, the surrounding Udistrict is lively with plenty of restaurants, and it's also very close to the subway station – the location is fantastic! Cleanliness was average. The room's soundproofing was a bit poor, but the bed was quite comfortable. The vanity was large, the room was spacious, and there was air conditioning. A complimentary beverage was provided upon check-in. In short, if the price is right (the price increase during graduation season is outrageous), I highly recommend this place if you're going to UW. Personally, I think it's even more comfortable than the nearby Residence Inn."

"Very close to a friend's house, there are restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, etc., so the location is very good for us. The hotel is very close to the 405 highway, a bit noisy, but also very convenient. The hotel has an elevator, which is stronger than many big car stores. There are not many varieties of breakfast, so you can accept it. The room equipment was a bit old and the refrigerator in our room was broken. The two big beds are very tall and very soft, and one adult with one child is still very loose. The service staff had a older grandmother in addition to the front desk, and everyone else was very NICE. We left a tip for HOUSE KEEPING, and the waiter also deliberately left a note. The only thing that was a little bad was the air conditioner in the room, which was a bit noisy."

"This hotel is very convenient for a Seattle layover. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location near the metro is a plus. The 20% discount at the nearby Denny's restaurant was a good perk. However, the front desk service was poor. They gave unclear instructions for the airport shuttle, assuming I knew the layout of the airport, and were hard to reach by phone, hanging up on me several times. Most concerning, they double-charged my credit card at check-in even though I had pre-paid through Trip.com. Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service was excellent. I reported the issue to them, and they quickly contacted the hotel and secured a full refund for the overcharge."
