BBrendadamowangA family of four traveled and booked a loft room on the second floor. The upper floor of the loft is a 1.5-meter bed, the lower floor is a 1.8-meter bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is also 1.5 meters (but less comfortable). Sanitary cleaning is done every 3 days. It should be noted that because it is a loft room and it is air-conditioned instead of heated, the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs may be several degrees.

RRenee VeronicaI was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level. The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed. A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available. **They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course. A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time. ***QUICK NOTE*** Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because of the good reviews. The building is old, but it's a charming hotel with many thoughtful touches. I rented a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. There are also Lime electric bikes available in the city, making Seattle's hills and distances much less daunting. However, flushing the toilet produced a very loud noise and a blast of air. The in-room TV connection was poor, so it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and got the TV to turn on, but I couldn't change channels afterwards, possibly due to a faulty remote. It was frustrating, and I ended up not watching it at all. Perhaps because of this inconvenience, they didn't charge me the resort fee.

GGuest UserI recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out. Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports. The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac. Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!

GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues. A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight. Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives. The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked. The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout. Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review. I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.

ZzygraceDue to the cancellation of the flight, the airline arranged the hotel, 6 miles from the airport, there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, so it is more convenient. The room was quite big, the front desk staff was very good, the American restaurant on the first floor could adapt to breakfast, but the dinner taste was not used to it, wasting meal voucher, There is also an Indian restaurant, this time I didn't try it.

RRenee VeronicaI stayed at the Embassy Suites for two nights. The hotel is dated, but room was very nice and quiet. I was told that at some point the hotel will remodel as it was supposed to have one two years ago. The shower shampoo, conditioner, and lotions were really great. My hair felt so great after using them I felt cheated when I stayed at other hotels in the area. The breakfast that is provided is very good with many choices. Made to order omelets, pancakes, bacon and sausage. Cereals hot and cold. The evening drinks and snacks were okay. 5:30pm start. Two drinks per guest. Mixed drinks and non-alcoholic. The shuttle ride was not free, as it had been in the past. I believe it was $12 one way. I rented a card while I was on holiday and the parking was $18 per night. Overall, the stay was nice and I would consider staying there again in the future.

SSEHYEONI booked this hotel for just a sleep over the night as the layover time was too long. So location and the shuttle bus were very important. However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.

GGuest UserThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
