Shirasagiyu Tawaraya
"The room was incredibly spacious. The facilities, while having a traditional Japanese hotel style that's a bit dated, were exceptionally clean. The breakfast and dinner I booked were very elaborate. The staff translated and explained every dish to us, which greatly enhanced the service experience."
Araya Totoan
"The Japanese-style room was large and clean, the tea was fragrant, the dinner lived up to Michelin standards, the men's and women's bathrooms each had their own style, the outdoor pool was very comfortable, the breakfast was also plentiful, and the pick-up and drop-off station was very convenient for the JR line."

"Beautiful"

"This is an amazing hot spring hotel! Both the food and the hot springs exceeded our expectations! The hot springs can be reserved for private use, and there's a free shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen Station. The sukiyaki dinner was delicious, and there were plenty of other buffet options. They really pay attention to detail and are very considerate of their guests!"
Rurikoh
"This Japanese-style hot spring hotel has complete facilities and the lobby is decorated in a very luxurious style. We arrived early and enjoyed the free afternoon tea and foot bath first. When we checked in at 3 o'clock, a waiter in kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very considerate. After taking a bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel as scheduled. Dinner is a standard Kaiseki cuisine, which is very sumptuous. Each family has its own private dining space and is equipped with a dedicated person to serve throughout the meal. At 9 o'clock in the evening, the hotel arranged a local Taiko performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very unique. The whole experience was very satisfying."
Yamanaka Onsen Kagari Kisshotei
"This one is very good, the service is very thoughtful, and they gave a lot of coupons for local food and fancy yukata. Clean and hygienic, in line with the standard of Japanese hot spring hotels, the food is also good. This boss has visited two hot spring hotels, Jixiang and Jixiangting, and there is a bus pick-up, which is very convenient. I feel that the owner of this hot spring is more generous, and there is a feeling that he can do it big, hahaha. The towels of the hot spring are free to use (unlike we later booked a hot spring hotel where celebrities have stayed, and we could only take a towel from the room). The hotel is very close to the trail, and the Kaga Hot Spring Town is also very quiet and beautiful."
Hotel Arrowle
"The service was enthusiastic. Suitable for hot spring vacation. Rich breakfast"

"Very good experience"

"Kaga is so unpopular that the information on the Chinese website is very incomplete. I placed the order with trepidation. At that time, it was one of the few hotels with rooms available and a price per person. The hotel room pictures and information on Ctrip's page were actually very confusing, and the hotel's official website could not be opened in China. As a result, when I arrived in Kaga, I chatted with the owner of the cafe in the hot spring town. The owner said that this was definitely the right place to book and you will have a perfect day. Indeed! First of all, the room is at least 100 square meters, which is more spacious than many hotels with thousands of square meters per capita, and here it only costs 1000+ per capita Secondly, the hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Yamashiro Onsen Souyu, and you can make an appointment in advance to pick up the station (free, Ctrip only writes that it is wrong to send the station). If you walk there by yourself, turn at Ye Duli and climb a small slope. There are signs along the way Thirdly, the hotel service attitude is really good. The staff will wait for the corresponding guests at about the same time, and then accompany them all the way to the room. The hotel map is a little complicated, and the explanation is very clear. It will mark the restaurant, breakfast and dinner reservation time, and the time of sending the station, etc. The female general of Kaiseki will also try hard to introduce the ingredients of each dish to you in English. Even though it is mainly domestic tourists, I didn’t feel the discrimination or indifference to foreigners in some places Finally, the hotel is in the forest, which is really a great environment. There is a corridor for walking, two hot springs, and you can sunbathe in the forest. The free rest area is at the entrance of the four-season corridor. Coffee and drinks are self-service. You can also sit in the hanging basket and stare at the forest waterfall (there may be more insects in summer, so be careful)"

Kaga Katayamazu Onsen Kasuikyo (APA Hotel)
"Great hotel. Very peaceful. The onsen experience was nice. The room was very traditional and spacious."
Yoshidaya Sannoukaku
"The smell of the bathroom was so bad... The hot spring was nice, but I couldn't sleep because of the bad smell coming from the bathroom. When I looked, it didn't seem to be just our room, but the sewage facilities were poor overall. Since it was a complaint, they couldn't change the room, but they just sprayed a lot of deodorizer. I went to a ryokan with great determination, but I don't think I'll go there again. I'd rather have a 5-star hotel vacation with this money. The dinner was delicious, but it felt average. The breakfast was good! I recommend the breakfast."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Kaga Maruya(Old:Yukai Resort Premium New Maruya Hotel)
"The food was delicious, and the hot springs were wonderful. I would like to go again. However, it was a shame that Katayamazu Onsen is becoming less vibrant and there are no shopping options nearby. I would like to support this place more in the future."
Yunoyado Hakusan Shoubutei
"One night's accommodation includes two meals, and the parents' room has an open-air hot spring, making it a great deal!"
Tokigasane
"Room 2/10, spa 2/10, food 9/10, we happy with the dinner and breakfast but room and hotel hallway need to renovate!"

"🍶 Forget the Worry Suite: The Ecstasy Crab Night of Time Finally stepped into this building, founded in 1887, transformed from a high-end pavilion. The heritage of the century-old style is needless to say, and the air is filled with the quietness of history and the persistence of food. Sure enough, the cuisine is the true soul here. The chef presented us with a delicate feast with the freshest ingredients of the season. The main character tonight is the luxurious crab feast! The richness of the incense crab was a surprise, but when we bought two Canon crabs for 50,000 yen on the table, I knew it was the climax. The sweet and full meat made every mouthful intoxicating. Food, wine, and laughter from close friends around us fixed the night together. In the building, we are not only staying, we are enjoying a super enjoyable soul feast that is refined by time."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Yamanaka Saichoraku
"I was glad I was able to stay at a reasonable price with two meals included. The meal style was that you could help yourself to what you wanted, so it was nice that you could control how much you ate. I'm not too sure about the quality of the hot spring, but the bath was spacious, you could see the greenery outside, and there was an open-air bath, which was great. There was also a sauna! There were lots of manga in the manga corner. The room I stayed in seemed to have been unused for a while, as there was a thin layer of dust in some places, and the smell of the air conditioning bothered me a bit."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Yamanaka Grand Hotel(Old:Yukai Resort Premium Yamanaka Grand Hotel)
"Nice hotel with great food buffet and a really good onsen. hotel is in walking distance to the Yamanaka town. There are bus stops closer to the hotel as well. It takes about 30mins by public bus to the hotel from Kaga station. Yamanaka onsen town itself is worth exploring."
Fujiya
"I stayed with four female friends. The room was very spacious and we were able to relax. The public bath had about five showers, but only about three of them were usable due to weak water pressure or stiff plugs. There was also a bathtub in the room, which was appreciated by women. We stayed for two nights, but when we returned to our room on the second night, we found that it hadn't been cleaned or trashed. The instructions in the room didn't say anything about it, so we called the front desk, but no one answered. I wonder where it was connected. When we later went to ask in person, we were given a vague response: "We don't generally do cleaning." While it's true that there were bath towels provided for each guest multiplied by the number of days, I think it would have been better to ask multiple-night guests at check-in. We managed to resolve this issue by receiving additional bath towels, and having the trash and used bath towels collected while we were in the public bath. However, there was one other issue: there were clear signs of someone entering the room, even though it hadn't been cleaned. In the morning, I left the air conditioner on and closed the sliding doors before leaving the room, but when I returned, the air conditioner was off and the sliding doors were open. When I told the front desk about this, they gave me a vague response, saying, "I see." In the end, I interpreted this as the house cleaning staff coming in and realizing that the room was for a multiple-night stay guest, and then leaving. It's really a mystery. Other than that, the amenities were well-stocked and I was pleased. I was also pleased that there were several types of in-house wear to choose from, so I was able to choose what I liked."
Housyoutei
"Terrible service. And I want their explanation why they opened my room in the middle of night while mr and my wife were sleeping. I wanted to complain but had to leave early for flight schedule. Imagine there was only my wife."
Suzuya Konnichiro
"Great location, excellent service. The decor is traditional yet stylish, and the air conditioning is very effective. The room had no odor, and the bed was very comfortable. The hot spring was clean, spacious, and offered flexible shower times."
Yamashiro Onsen Ryokan Tatami
"The food and the open-air bath were good. The waitress who assisted us during meals was excellent. However, there were some shortcomings, such as the lack of facilities within the hotel (for example, a place to eat ramen) and the absence of a souvenir shop."
Midori no Yado Banshokaku
"The hot spring water quality is excellent, and the service is among the best of most hot spring hotels. Dinner was also good; the rice was better than in other hot spring hotels, and the restaurant was separate. For the price, it's very attractive."
Pointvacation Kagayamanaka
"The snow scene is beautiful. Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax."
