"Всё хорошо. Отдыхали без детей, так что про детские клубы, аквапарк, бассейн, шоу и тд., ничего сказать не могу, не интересовался. Но с едой всё хорошо. Даже баночки с детским питанием разным стояли в основном ресторане. Территория большая, ухоженная, зелёная. Есть где погулять и по травке, и по дорожкам под спокойную музыку, играющую из колонок, стилизованных под камни. Отель состоит из малоэтажных строений, до трёх этажей, и не перекрывает красивый вид на горы. Пляж большой, лежаков много. На пирсах тоже всегда были свободные лежаки. Вход в море с пляжа по камушкам разного размера. Вода мутная. С пирсов лесенки, но море прозрачное, лазурное. Номера просторные, немного уставшие, если присматриваться. Кровать огромная, удобная. Номер попросили дать на выбор. Не отказали. Уборка хорошая. Мини бар с напитками присутствует. Капсульная кофе машина. Много питьевой воды. Еда разнообразная, вкусная, круглосуточно, много. Обилие фруктов в основном ресторане. Описать всё очень сложно. Есть два ресторана с обслуживанием по меню (не А-ля карт) один из них круглосуточный. Напитки на любой вкус. Соки свежевыжатые и пакетированные, минералка и пиво в стеклянных бутылках. Энергетики и газировка в банках. Алкоголь, импортный. Малибу, Бэйлис, Егермастер, Апероль, виски, бурбоны, видов 12-15., водка Абсолют, Смирнофф и тд., Пиво, 5 или 6 видов, в том числе Corona Extra. И много других напитков. Коктейли мешают, но тут как повезёт))), один и тот же коктейль может сильно отличаться. В баре у бассейна, после вечернего шоу, аншлаг, и вот там, в спешке, бармены смешивают как попало. В лобби баре спокойней. На центральном (среднем) пирсе работает барменом хороший парнишка по имени Серкан, если я правильно прочитал. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый, а главное ненавязчивый. Коктейли делал вкусные и красивые. Мог выставить на стойку весь виски, который есть, чтобы гости выбрали. Персонал отзывчивый, доброжелательный, но много стажёров. У стажёров лучше ничего не просить и не спрашивать, но они будут подходить и пытаться помочь. Возможно, через месяц научатся. Вечерние шоу насыщенные, интересные. После шоу, на соседней сцене, живая музыка, далее, дискотека на пирсе. Минусы: - Апельсиновый фреш – его просто нет, а под его видом приносят какое-то странное питьё с мякотью апельсина, но утверждают, что это именно апельсиновый фреш. Зачем? Экономят? Я не понял. Лучше бы налили пакетированный, был бы вкуснее, но нет. Но зато остальные фреши (на завтрак) каких только нет.)) - Состояние пирса (центрального) требует срочного внимания со стороны администрации отеля, доски старые, через некоторые из них торчат короткие, но острые кончики саморезов. Душ работает один из двух и то, кое как. Зонты на пирсе давно пора в утиль. Они просто разваливаются, а некоторый развалились. - Лежаки на пирсе и пляже простенькие, неудобные, старые и без матрасов. Нам, эти минусы, отдых не испортили, но хотелось бы услышать пояснение отеля. Хорошего отдыха."

"We stayed for just two nights with our two kids, and everything was excellent. The food was abundant with plenty of choices for everyone, the pier was fantastic for swimming and relaxing, and the location with its pine trees and mountain views was beautiful. The staff were welcoming, and the whole family felt comfortable. Short stay, but truly memorable. Highly recommended!"

"A few introductory points: we stayed with our 3-year-old child in the latter part of April. Daytime temperatures were around 20-22 degrees Celsius, but sometimes there was strong wind or light rain. There weren't many people; I'd estimate the hotel was about 35-40% full, but it's hard to tell for sure. Location: Excellent. We reached the airport by taxi in about 45-50 minutes without stops. There's a very large, beautiful mountain nearby, though it does mean less sun in the evenings. Food: Average. The dining area is very spacious, but the selection isn't great, and variety is also limited. There's no logical arrangement of dishes. For example, pancakes, crepes, and Belgian waffles were all in different spots. There was also a lot of fried food. Family-friendly: 10/10. There are an incredible number of animators and play areas for children of all ages, from 0 to 16. It's essentially a full-fledged camp within the hotel. There's also a complete water park with slides for every taste. Room and service: The room was new, pleasant, and clean, but we were given one on the ground floor overlooking the restaurant. I had expected a mountain view, but it wasn't a major issue. However, the cleaning was poor; they only changed the linens, and the floor was never once washed, despite my requests by phone."

"Rixos is not the same anymore... it needs to be renamed to Rixos Economy Tekirova. Last year we were disappointed in Rixos Sungate, this year we decided to treat ourselves to Tekirova, but all that was left of Rixos was the name and the inflated price. Savings at every stage, people go to Rixos out of habit (like us), there are a lot of people, and there is a catastrophic lack of staff. Of the evening entertainment, there is a disco inside the children's club and live music in the lobby, to be honest, in the evening it is frankly boring in the hotel. The heated outdoor pool is just for show, a small part is heated. It is unrealistic to wait for drinks in the restaurant, they should have made points where you can pour yourself, it is easier to go yourself. We bought a room with a sea view, we were given a free ”upgrade” to the room. A room in the far building with access to the pool (without heating), next to the playground, where you can only dream of silence) We refused such an ”upgrade”, because It was clear that there simply weren't any rooms of our class available. We came to the reception, and that's it, they checked us in only at 15. They gave us a side view of the sea instead of a direct one. The staff pretended to be as worried and understanding as possible, but they didn't change the room. Closer to check-out, they offered us another room, they wrote about it at 16:00, that they were cleaning it now, and in the end they ”cleaned” it until 22:00. We liked the room, but since the child was already asleep, they asked us to move the next morning, they refused, saying there weren't enough rooms. On the topic of rooms, there was a great building with standard rooms, but they remodeled it. This time we stayed in a ”deluxe” room, it's not clear by what criteria such a loud name was given, an ordinary small room, tiles on the floor instead of carpet, a bathroom with doors, you can't go to the toilet in peace, I think this is important for many. We came to the rope town, it's not working. It turns out that the wrong time was sent to WhatsApp. Rope town, climbing wall works for 1 hour a day around lunchtime. And for slightly older children, this is roughly one of the entertainments, Rixos kids is still for the little ones. In general, a strong disappointment from Rixos, not comparable to what it was before 2022, it is clear that they are trying to save on everything they can. What is left of the premium: these are expensive bottles of cosmetics and food, there was caviar once, red fish once, and otherwise it is an ordinary normal five, but not for that kind of money. After that we left for a hotel of a lower class, while the quality of rest was higher. Of course, Rixos is a very advantageous place, beautiful nature, well-groomed territory, but the hotel has changed its concept for the worse, they are just trying to make money on the former name. "The sea is beautiful, you can eat in many places at any time you want, the catamaran experience was great, the mint ice cream is very good. Although I don't want to mention it out of politeness, there is a very serious problem of infestation with creatures living in damp places. "We came to the hotel for 4 nights for the holiday. The size and facilities of the hotel are very nice, but my wife, who drank open beer on the first day, could not leave the room for 2 days and got sick. My son and I developed allergies because the pollen from the trees was not cleaned properly. We fixed it by warning the hotel, but our holiday was ruined. Thanks to us, it was good for many people. They did not serve open beer and the rooms and furniture were cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was very good, they were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice but some of the elevators were remote and not working so we had to walk a lot."

"The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday."
