Adorei o hotel, todos muito receptivos. Muito bem organizado e limpo. Um diferencial de outros que tem uma mini cozinha, bom para quem tem criança pequena, até colocaram um berço para meu bebê.

The room was small but cosy. The breakfast was perfect. It was not varied. I just think the coffee could start earlier and extend until at least 10:30. And the TVs should be smart. I liked it.

I chose the hotel by location. In the reviews I read from other guests, stress was always highlighted when I asked for the lift. 2 in total to meet 15 floors and a large number of guests. I felt that suit in the meat. Another point that attracted me was the hotel's reception service, people (all) with their faces stuck without any preparation for the service, and they seem to be doing a great favor to him. (I was very much aware of the total lack of empathy with the guests, because they can't give a smiling that put robots to take care of. As for breakfast, the standard of the big hotels and their friendly staff is always replacing the missing items immediately. Now, what is the first impression that gets when you enter the room and see these photos? (photos in the annex). When you pick up the lift to get upside there is a big poster saying the hotel is reforming, but I assure you my room was not renovated. Another stress point is to have the luck of taking a room turned back to the hotel area, because on the front vc can't sleep by bus noise, people circulating and crying, cars that pass in the high-sonic Avenue (while night) and also shops that place sound boxes to attract customers. The hotel's structure is good, but these problems have disappointed me. I'll never come back there.

The receptionist was very educated, helped us in everything. But the room was in bad condition, the floor was badly clean, the smell of the room was terrible, the smell of mopho, had some kind of insect in the beds, the wings of these bikini all over the corner, at the time of sleep we were dividing the bed with the insects .
