It only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center, such as the City Hall or Iguana Park. You only need to cross a road along the river. There is also a supermarket called Mini nearby to buy food and daily necessities, but there are many restaurants suitable for Chinese people. The location is pretty good, with the Cocoa Museum downstairs. Opposite is malecón 2000, where you can take a walk in the evening. The infinity pool on the rooftop should be an internet celebrity check-in spot, and the view is pretty good. Excellent hotel! Only a year old. Clean, good price and a $6 taxi ride from the airport. The malacone is right across the way for morning exercise. The AC was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Nice stay for going to the airport.

The customer and the front desk are very good. The hotel is located in the old town of Guayaquil. There is basically nothing around, but it is close to the riverside walk, close to the city hall and the park. But I am not interested in going, the surrounding area is relatively shabby and not safe, it is best not to go out. Stayed for two nights or changed to the rich area business district, safer and prosperous, travel is not recommended to live here.

The general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.
