Great! From start to end. Especially the buffet breakfast!

The noise outside the room is still very loud if there are people in the elevator... the restaurant cannot be used for breakfast all at once if the hotel is full... perhaps this is something to consider. Also, the sauna facilities and the 30th floor are specifically for guests staying in suite-type rooms.

Room is alright. Staff are very nice. And, breakfast is good.

This is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

Always comfortable and a good stay. We were given a room with window to the east, sunrise with the Lawu Mountains was awesome and the morning sun streaming in. So good.

Booked this hotel venue due to Ceremony Event. Very comfort room and the aircon was top notch :) Will stay here again when i am back at Solo for visit.
