"Nestled in a residential area it is a small hotel with big rooms & extremely pleasing staff.The surroundings are a bonus with an open garden like area ,a bustling cafe with open air seating and the best part is very close proximity to the Lucern station, markets,chapel bridge, boating lake & old town.It is also well connected with Trams & buses.The inside decor of rooms is interesting with romanting painted ceiling though the lighting around the entrance aŕea of room lacks adequate lighting.The bathroom is big with tub & double sink .The backside outside the bath had some plants which needed attention.The blinds are electronically controlled with a press of button. The housekeeping function was also efficiently performed by the ever smiling reception staff.There is a weekly market of used goods in the square around the hotel being set up by the locals."

"Overall it was a very good stayed. It was three blocks away from the Lion Momument. Surrounding restaurants and shops and supermarkets. Walkable to most of the attractions. Closed to tram stations that take you to the train station and near the hotel too. The room was good size and bathroom was big compared other ibis. It came with tea kettle and a bottom water. Free coffee machine next to the main lobby."

"The location of the hotel is not bad, 5 minutes walk to Lucerne Bridge and 10 minutes to the train station. The room is very capsule, but it is equipped with a capsule coffee machine to make up for it. I didn't have high requirements for transit hotels, but there is a big bug: the luggage storage area is in the corner facing the street, and there is no staff to supervise it, so you need to pay attention‼ ️"
