"As a 5-star hotel, our expectations were quite high, but unfortunately, the experience was somewhat disappointing. While the room was spacious, the overall condition felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The towels provided appeared yellowish, and the mattress was extremely soft, causing it to sink significantly, which affected our sleeping comfort. Communication was also challenging as many of the staff had limited English proficiency. In addition, the breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations in terms of variety and quality. One particularly concerning issue was that the milk served at breakfast tasted sour, suggesting it may have spoiled. We informed the staff, but the feedback did not seem to be taken seriously and no immediate action was observed. Although we only stayed for one night, we believe there are several areas where the hotel could improve, especially considering its 5-star positioning. With upgrades to the facilities, service standards, and food quality, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced."
